This is a hazy area, freedom of the press as opposed to the fact that these babies deserve freedom from being photographed all the time. No...except the last parenting coach did say that Brit, "wasn't abusive in the traditional sense." This tells me that her actions WERE abusive, just not in the TRADITIONAL way (e.g. hitting them, verbally abusing them, etc.) I imagine the parenting coach was hinting that Brit was being psychologically abusive to them by doing things like talking to them in a British accent, or ignoring them when they were around.

I don't think Brit is "herself" right now, so exposing her to the kids would be like exposing them to a stranger. It might be best to wait for the proper meds to kick in and the therapy sessions to start working their magic. It's all up to Brit as to how badly she wants any of this to happen.

Filmng her in her backyard was bad enough, now your fliming their kids and the nanny, doing normal kid things?! X17 should get some class, you can report on them, like TMZ or Perez Hilton and NOT invade their personal space. The backyard clip crossed the line, but this is just wrong.

I find it disturbing that those children were filmed to begin with. You claim Britney is doing all of this to her kids, what do you think filming those children is doing? Stop making all of this public, do something more productive like offering help instead of critism and find something better to do with your time that vent on the internet about what you think you do or do not know. Let the girl rest, get better, and the courts decide what happens. Either way, speaking out won't stop, but neither will the idiots that find it rushing to get satisfaction off of someone elses misfortunes or mistakes. I bet if your lives were aired across the net, you wouldn't be so popular yourselves. Think about that, before you sit in judgement of someone else. Because anyone who can sit and degrade someone else, judgement unfolds upon you, and be very wise about that.

I think EVERYONE should leave the poor girl alone, noone knows for sure what has happened, she needs support not judgements about her, when the father isnt much better anyway! And how dare you imply the kids are happy, that could be one hour of their day, dont you realise they WILL be asking for their mother and cry for her at night.The poor girl has had a breakdown and to see such glee from the media etc is a disgraceful indication of what the world has become, if that was your sister/cousin/daughter would you want the world talking such trash in a time of crisis, I would think not, Britney is human, If you are without sin, sure keep judging her, otherwise SHUT UP!!!
