I can't say I like what Britney has done with herself in the past. However, she has two kids - so I'm rooting for her to get her act together.

I have to agree somewhat with 5:03 Sometimes Britney still looks unstable to me. She never seems to be happy in the presence of her parents; her body language when she's with them is not positive. She always looks either annoyed, defiant, or sad for the most part these days. I think its going to be a slow and hopefully uphill battle for Britney. Whether she can pull herself together and overcome whatever her issues may be, Kevin deserves primary custody of those children.

Did you all hear Sands latest claims?? Over at News of the World (the U.K. National Enquirer) he states that he and Jon Eardley "believe" the federal authorities are investigating the commish who granted the conservatorship, and that they are filing another appeal tomorrow to end the conservatorship. It is also claimed that a UCLA professor has written a four page paper claiming the conservatorship is wrong. The final claim is that Sam IS going to fight the restraining order in court tomorrow in direct opposition to what TMZ is reporting. Crazy stuff.

Sands can say anything he likes. The conservatorship will not be changed. In order to do that, you would have to change the laws. If that ever happened the courts would be filled with mentally ill people fighting for the same thing. IT WON'T HAPPEN. It would take an act of Congress. This type thing has been going on for years. They won't change the law simply because Britney Spears is bored. It's absurd.

We don't know what goes on behind closed doors when she is with the boys. Sean Preston is older and maybe he doesn't like to be held as much. Some kids like to be held all the time, and some not so much. You do not know how much affection she gives him when you only see a fraction of the time she is spending with them. Not to mention, you also don't know if maybe he doesn't feel comfortable with his mom holding him yet. They did go through some negative things, and who knows what impact that had on him especially since he's older. The younger the child the easier it is for them to forget, and if this is the case for Jayden then maybe he is completely content with his mommy holding him. You do not know the whole story, you are just speculating, and negative speculation at that because of Brit's past and due to your hatred for her.

Why is she outside with the kids, daddy and only the monitor? Isn't she supposed to be inside with a couple other people? Can't imagine the judge said okay to this. Would think we would have seen a copy of the order by now if he did.

What did end up happening, was instead of britney going to the hospital just to get help willingly, with both friends and family involved to help make the process smoother, instead what happened was once she got in their, without consent or indication , jamie applied for onservatorship, and thats the ONLY thing lutfi tried to fight, NOT her getting help. he tried to fight the onservatorship only because as a REAL friend, who has heard all of britneys deepest pains, he probably had REAL concern that her family was a problem, because she has STATED that.

the true test will be after the conservatorship ends. We will see then what Britney wants, who she wants to hang out with, and how she wants to live her life. Whether her kids, parents and/or Sam will be a part of her life after July remains to be seen!
