While we would call these two a happy couple, judging from their body language in these pictures, it almost looks like they had some sort of spat at sushi last night!

Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole dined at Nobu in Malibu, and while the Hills actors kept it comfy and casual, we couldn't help but notice how utterly uninterested they looked, both in each other and in general. Maybe the reality stars are getting sick of the cameras? Or has their romance started to fizzle?

If not for Jayde Nicole by his side, we never woulda recognized Brody Jenner in his scary skelton costume!

And I guess Jayde, with her dress unbuttoned down to her navel, went as Brody's "Trick or Treat!"

Not only is Brody Jenner - seen here outside Nobu last night - supportive of the Lakers, he's also pro (U)SC. Fight on!

Oh, and check this criz-azy video out! After leaving Voyeur with his buddies, Brody went nuts avoiding questions from the paps about dating Kristin Cavallari. I guess he was just trying to get into his car? But he did it while covering his head and running around in circles!

At least that's what her shirt says! We spotted the Playboy Playmate with her beau Brody Jenner out and about in LA yesterday afternoon looking like a happy couple...

Guess they hadn't yet heard about Joe Francis filing a counter-suit against them! (Joe previously told us of his plans about two weeks ago.)

Apparently, Joe is claiming that Jayde Nicole hit him in the head at Guys and Dolls that fateful night, threw a drink at him and screamed, "I'm going to kill you!" Therefore - according to the lawsuit - he grabbed Jayde's hair in "self-defense."

Joe also claims that Brody Jenner attacked him later that night in "a jealous rage."

Uh, I dunno about Brody, but we saw the security tape from that night and it clearly looked like Joe attacked Jayde. Seriously!

You know awards season is off and running once the Hollywood Style Awards are given out!

The prestigious award for "Young Men's Style Icon" was bestowed on Brody Jenner last night, presented to him by none other than successful designer (gag) Lauren Conrad.

We kind of suspect Hollywood Life gave Brody this award because he looks good in just about anything (and even better in next to nothing), but Lauren as a presenter? I mean, I love the girl, but her leather-jacket-over-floral-party-dress is so last season.

Oh, and just because he won an award last night, doesn't mean Brody was in a generous mood. Check out his reaction below when we asked him about the ongoing Jayde/Joe feud!

Joe Francis may not be their biggest fan, but we are!

Uh, just kidding. Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole spent the day in Malibu together before grabbing dinner at Nobu later on. Is it just us or does Brody look a little embarrassed to be around her these days? Just saying!

Now that we know Lamar and Joe are such BFFs, we can only imagine what's gonna happen if Khloe's step-brother Brody shows up to the big day with his girlfriend Jayde as his date!

The last time Brody and Joe were face to face, someone got a punch in the face, while the other got tasered onto his ass! And Jayde recently filed a one million dollar suit against Joe for "emotional distress and humiliation" (among other things), in a claim that Joe is calling "slanderous and defamatory."

Brody IS family, so wouldn't he be given the home court advantage? Or did Lamar just ask Joe to sit this one out on the bench?

There's no need for Jayde Nicole to flip her lid (again)...Kristin Cavallari and Brody Jenner are just friends! But come on, you know these two are probably stirring up some sort of trouble!

Brody and Kristin went for a stroll on the beach in Malibu as cameras rolled, and we're dying to know what they're talking about! Think Kristin needs some boy advice, or is Brody getting some girl tips from his former lover? Or maybe he wants to know why Kristin said their sex life so boring "vanilla"?

Brody Jenner and his Playboy playmate girlfriend Jayde Nicole were spotted lunching in Malibu yesterday afternoon, and a few hours later we caught Brody's half sister Khloe getting dinner with Joe Francis. Normally, this wouldn't be a big deal, but it was just last week that Jayde accused Joe of beating her up in a bar brawl! If this was true, do you REALLY think Joe would be hanging out with Brody's family? Someone's not telling the truth, and we're beginning to think it's Jayde!

He may be guilty of entertaining us with topless girls on Spring Break but the more we hear about Thursday night's supposed altercation at Guys and Dolls between Joe Francis and Brody Jenner's girlfriend Jayde Nicole, the more we're starting to believe Mr. Francis is 100% innocent!

A very reliable source who was inside the club that night tells X17online.com exclusively:

"Jayde's story is totally false. Joe went up to a mutual female friend to say hello and Jayde freaked out for some reason and threw a drink in Joe's face. He was blinded by the alcohol in his eyes and turned around to see who had thrown the drink. Literally, his pinky finger got caught in Jayde's hair and she turned it into 'Joe pulling her hair, knocking her to the ground, and kicking her.' She is an absolute drama queen and should probably lay off the liquor when she goes out at night."

Dayum! But seriously, guys ... if you've ever watched The Hills, you know Jayde's a drama queen when it comes to being possessive of Brody and apparently she's the same with her girlfriends.

The source tells us ...

I've seen the security tape from the club and it completely backs up Joe's story. That's why Jayde isn't pressing charges -- there's nothing to press charges for! And there's no evidence to back up her story."

And really, if she were so upset about what happened, why'd she hang out outside the club just afterward and give an interview to a cameraman who conveniently happened to be at the right place at the right time? One has to wonder if these Hills kids aren't spending a bit too much time in front of the camera -- they're forgetting they don't have to be 'on' all the time, causing 'unscripted' drama!

Talk about bros gone wild! And of course, this was over a girl...

Last night, Joe Francis punched and kicked Brody Jenner's steady girlfriend Jayde Nicole at Guys & Dolls nightclub, but Brody wasn't about to let the Girls Gone Wild king get away with it! After punching Joe outside the club, Brody was tasered, and a few hours later he posted the following message on his Twitter:

"Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him? How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t...Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!"

The Hills star tells TMZ that he was at the club celebrating his birthday, when Jayde saw slimy Joe hitting on a girl Jayde and Brody both know. Apparently Joe was acting very aggressive and annoying, so Jayde did what any good samaritan would do...she tossed a drink on him. Instead of moving on (or even throwing a drink back) Brody says Joe then pulled Jayde's hair, punched her in the face, threw her to the ground and began kicking her!

Poor Jayde has bruises all over her swollen face, a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair also got pulled out, and she says she's going to press charges. Hopefully Joe will get nailed for this! You don't just beat up girls and get away with it! (Ugh, Chris Brown).

Anyway, security broke up the fight, and at that point Joe and Brody were yelling at each other, and they were both tossed out of the club. Brody says he tried to get back in to see his damsel in distress, but security wouldn't let him, and then he went after Joe, punching him in the face until someone tasered him and he fell to the ground. It's being reported that it was another clubgoer who tasered Brody...perhaps one of Joe's pals?

Wow. What a night! We're sorry to hear that Jayde got beaten up, but we're kinda proud of Brody for doing what lots of people have wanted to do for quite some time now!

After Brody's emergency trip to the hospital last weekend, for a ruptured appendix (on his bday, no less), we're glad to see the Prince of Malibu up and about!

But then again, when you have a nurse as hot as Jayde, you're bound to get up! But WTF is she wearing to the Grove? Looks a little more "Daisy Duke" than naughty nurse!

Brody Jenner was rushed to the hospital Thursday night, with appendicitis on the eve of his 26th birthday.

The Hills star tweeted yesterday, "@Jayde_Nicole and I sitting around at the hospital waiting for me to go under the knife :( great birthday!"

But judging from that pic, it couldn't have been allll bad. Brody, who called Jayde "the best nurse ever," said "it's been a long 2 days," but hopefully he won't be in for too much longer.

Brody just twittered about an hour ago, "Still in the hospital.. Hope I get out today!!! :)"

And we hope he's feeling better!

Brody Jenner, Joel Madden and Sophia Bush all attended the new OPen Campus launch party in West Hollywood last night - they star in the campaign - but the only person we're really drawn to here is AnnaLynne McCord.

She just has that "it" quality, right? That spark. And we love it! Oh, and it looks like Joel noticed her, too:

Brody Jenner really needs to marry Jayde Nicole. They're perfect for each other! He's a superficial Hollywood playboy and she's a plastic Barbie doll - match made in heaven! Plus she likes to get in fights with Audrina... so hot right now!

Brody Jenner is one classy guy - he dates a total lady, he had a show where the elimination took place in the most formal setting (a hot tub), and he wears t-shirts and flip-flops out to the clubs.

And they say money can't buy class!
