She hasn't had any plastic surgery on her stomach. Your belly button protrudes below your skin & muscle from when you were in utero. You can't move the base of the navel where it extends into a circle of muscle through the abdominal wall & even if you could, it would move downward for a tuck. Also, she has no scars on her lower hip area. I only know this because I'm an OR nurse for a cosmetic surgeon. It just looks funny because she is wearing the smallest bikini bottom ever made & she is arching her back to make her (fake) boobs look bigger. But, I won't hate on her... I would pay a LOT of money for a body like that ; )
