Diddiaz?

Could Cameron Diaz be hooking up with rap mogul P. Diddy? The Daily News sure thinks she is - it's reporting that the two were caught on the verge of a kiss at a party last Friday!

Apparently, the kiss nearly went down at the party Prince threw for himself to launch his book 21 Days. Diaz and Diddy were spotting "laughing and holding hands" during Prince's performance - at one point, the Daily News claims, Cameron even tried to spoon-feed Diddy some of her famous bread pudding!

But apparently Cameron's pudding wasn't all the sweetness she was prepared to dish out - a few minutes later, a Daily News spy caught the couple on the very verge of a kiss!

According to the mag, Diddy was "bringing his lips toward [Cameron's]" when he noticed their spy. The couple's response? Why, to duck behind a theater door, lock it shut, and gettin' up to something - the Daily Mail claims to have heard them giggling in there!

This isn't the first time Diddy and Diaz have been linked - last month, they allegedly disappeared for 20 minutes together at the Sub-Mercer lounge in SoHo while a guard stood outside the door.

Neither Diaz nor Diddy's reps had a comment at the time of press.

Of course, we caught Cameron leaving her hair salon on Saturday afternoon with a big grin on her face - think Diddy gave her something to smile about the night before?
