Charlie Sheen Charged With Felony Menacing

Charlie Sheen was charged with felony menacing, misdemeanor 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief in an Aspen court room today as a result of his Christmas day scuffle with wife Brooke Mueller.
Sheen, who did not enter a plea, and Mueller appeared before a Colorado judge this afternoon, where they also asked to have the protective order placed on Charlie since Christmas relaxed.
The judge agreed to allow Charlie to once again have contact with Brooke with the stipulation that he stays away from owning or handling any firearms and does not consume alcohol.
Charlie is due back in court on March 15th.

Now that officials have ruled that Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's twin boys can stay in Colorado with their mom, Bob and Max are getting the best seats in the house on a walking tour of Aspen.
Charlie Sheen will increase wife Brooke Mueller’s prenuptial agreement by $1 million if she agrees to stay with him and help keep him out of jail. That's it?! Doesn't he earn $800,000 per episode of Two and a Half Men?!



We already knew that some sort of a weapon was involved in the blowup between Charlie Sheen and his wife Brooke Mueller on Christmas day, but now it's being reported that it was a knife!

Charlie Sheen, 44, was arrested today in Aspen for assault against his wife Brooke Mueller - specifically, he was taken in for felony second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief. He is being held without bond.
