The stars were out the other night for the premiere of Will Smith's new action flick, Hancock, where Will plays a drunk superhero who needs a little help reviving his public image.

The leading man looked dapper in a dark gingham (yes, gingham!) three piece suit, while his wife Jada chose a long kelly green dress. Co-star Jason Bateman opted for a more casual dark grey suit, and Charlize Theron looked gorgeous in a strapless, pastel icy blue chiffon gown. We gotta give Charlize major props for wearing flats - who says you have to wear high heels on the red carpet?! Then again, she is about 5'10", so it's not like she needs the extra boost!

Also spotted at the star studded premiere were Puff Daddy, a very pregnant Minnie Driver, Amanda Peet, Queen Latifah, The Cheetah Girls, and Larry Birkhead. Wait, who invited those last two?! Hmm...

Charlize Theron and her longtime boyfriend Stuart Townsend headed out to the Malibu Cinemas for yet another premiere of Hancock. We were extra-pleased to see Charlize smiling so wide - we're sure Hancock is a blast, but she's gotta be getting sick of it by now!

Sadly, Will Smith couldn't make it out this time - guess he must have had some last-minute curriculum issues to sort out!

Whether it's to be on Letterman or TRL, the two sexy stars of the upcoming Hancock are taking over NYC to promote their summer flick.

We like the trailer and we like Will Smith (check out the video of him signing autographs and posing for pics with fans HERE!)... but we LOVE Charlize!

Case in point! She's sizzlin' in that dress, right?

Our Parisian correspondents spotted Charlize Theron strolling through the City of Lights with her longtime boyfriend Stuart Townsend yesterday afternoon. The couple had just come from a tour of Saint Sulpice Cathedral - hey, if we got to stroll through Paris with Charlize Theron on our arm, we'd want to thank God too!

We spotted the South African-born actress getting her shop on in Paris with a friend. Charlize is currently the spokeswoman in the J'Adore ads by Christian Dior, in town promoting the famous luxury brand.

And who better to promote luxury than Charlize herself!

The epitome of all things gorgeous, Charlize Theron, is back from Sundance (along with boyfriend Stuart Townsend) and dining at Taverna Tony's in Malibu.

When are these two gonna tie the knot? Or better yet, have a baby - everyone else is!

We caught up with Charlize Theron - who's currently promoting her new film Sleepwalking at Sundance - taking her leave from her fiancee Stuart Townsend yesterday afternoon.

The couple appeared to be in high spirits, laughing and kissing like a couple of teenagers.

In fact, Stuart was feeling so chipper that he actually started bantering with the paps after Charlize hit the road!

Then again, if Charlize freakin' Theron just planted one on us, we'd be in a pretty good mood too!

Charlize Theron, of course! The gorgeous blond is at the festival promoting her new film, Sleepwalking, about a mother who abandons her daughter... not that Charlize herself would ever do that! Ms. Theron is a perfect celebrity - she makes great movies, looks effortlessly sexy and, ya know, doesn't get into trouble.

Esquire Magazine has chosen Charlize Theron as their "sexiest woman alive" - this list has also included the likes of Angelina Jolie (agreed), Scarlett Johansson (agreed) and Jessica Biel (well... maybe!). We all know Charlize is gorgeous, but does she have any flaws? Perhaps a not-so-great movie on her resume? "Reindeer Games," she admits. "That was a bad, bad, bad movie."

Looks like Will Smith's forthcoming vehicle Hancock is going to be awwwwwwesome - just check out all the action we caught yesterday! In addition to a dazed-looking Smith climbing out of a giant hole in the ground, we also caught him in the heat of an intense argument with a scantily-clad Charlize Theron. (Frankly, we're surprised Will was even able to get his lines out - his co-star was lookin' hot!)

The net's been abuzz with rumors that Charlize is finally set to marry longtime boyfriend Stuart Townsend after being spotted out and about sporting a huge rock in Los Angeles last week - it's kind of hard to tell from these pix, taken at the Venice Film Festival where she's supporting her film, In the Valley of Elah, but it does look like there's something sparkly on her left hand! Are the couple of five years ready to finally take the plunge?

There is a LOT of blonde hair in Hollywood. Some of it's real, most of it's fake, but whose looks the best? There's the platinum blondes, like Paris Hilton and Jessica Simpson, messy blondes like Mary-Kate Olsen and Courtney Love, and strawberry blondes like Lindsay Lohan - to name just a few!
