Cher was just speaking hypothetically....heck, she wouldn't do these things, but I am sure at times, yes, they would like privacy. I don't think the paps need to be in their faces ALL the time. I mean, they'd snap you taking a dump if they could. Some exposure is good for their career, but where do we draw the line? Look at what happened to Princess Di? Cher you have probably been made fun of more than any artist in history for who you are and what you say, mainly because of those photographers. Don't listen to your detractors. I can't believe we're taking so much time out of our days to talk about celebrities. They're only regular people who got famous and then, some got a little weird. Britney had everything and seems to be determined to destroy it all. She does need help. Cher is an icon, whether you like her or agree with her or not. Her long career deserves some respect. I haven't always agreed with her, but I do respect her accomplishments. I do think that comments like "blow them up" are inappropriate, but it probably came out of years of frustration, although I must admit I thought she courted the paps on occasion. None of us are in their shoes, so we don't know what we would do. To me, it just goes to show that money and fame are certainly not everything, and it some cases, it can actually become nothing, especially if you allow it to pick apart your life. Britney needs to get it together and think of her children. They're the ones who are going to suffer most in the long run.
