Chris Brown's Attorney Asks For Surprise Meeting With Judge
Mark Geragos, Chris Brown's attorney, has requested an unscheduled hearing before the R&B singer's planned arraignment on April 6th, TMZ reports.
According to the website, the hearing will take place on March 23rd. Prosecutors and Geragos will meet, but Brown is not expected to attend.
Details of what will be discussed are unclear, however, TMZ reports it may concern Rihanna's possible testimony. Geragos could ask the judge to prevent prosecutors from calling Rihanna to the stand or limit the scope of her testimony. A plea bargain is not expected to be discussed.
Are they trying to keep Rihanna off the witness stand???
Why do you think they want to keep Rihanna from testifying???
