Nicole Richie may have already stepped back into the spotlight since giving birth to Harlow Winter, but Christina's laid pretty low since leaving the hospital two weeks ago - until now!

X17 photogs spotted the parents taking exiting the house with little Max, as well as a baby nurse riding shotgun.

Now if only we'd get a peek at that precious little tyke's face!

CAGUILERABABY012908_03.jpgThey seem like such a great couple! I'm so happy for Christina!

What does she need a baby nurse with her for?? Can't she take care of the baby herself??

Posted by: Anonymous

omg! i can't wait to see little Max! i love Christina!!

Posted by: lovely

Here we go let the Haterz begin talking crap about Christina!
She is just making sure her baby is doing well. She probably has a nurse just in case something happens, I mean she is a mom for the first time so it is kinda scary! Congrats Christina

Posted by: ALEX

Anonymous 12:06,
Many times first time parents have a baby nurse for a little while teaching them how to handle babys. I know I'll need one. It is normal.

Posted by: Anonymous

Uh most normal people are so scared of being a mom for the first time that they need a nurse with them at all times. That is retarded! She is just like most celebrities....they can't raise their own kids, they have to pay someone else to do it.

Posted by: Anonymous

At least she is w/ the baby not like Nichole Richie she leaves the baby w/ the nurse.

Posted by: letibe

Gosh! The kid will be the worst looking ever! Xtina is an ugly bitch and that fucking husband looks like shit also. Poor kid!

Posted by: Anonymous

12:18 (the first one) you nailed it!!

Posted by: Anonymous

Ugly, fake, orange bitch has to have a nurse to take care of her kid because she wouldn't want to fuck up her manicure and actually change a diaper!

Posted by: Anonymous

I just had a baby and never once needed or considered a baby nurse. And it was my first child. I hope the baby isn't as fug as the two of them.

Posted by: Anonymous

she's protecting her child, partly because she is a celeb. you do realize paparazzi swarm and ALWAYS get way to close for comfort and accidents happen. You always see paps falling, and knocking celebs over all the time. Get Real!

Posted by: Anonymous is the new Jesi

you people need to get a life and leave christina alone she will be a great mom!

Posted by: angie

LOL. Great mom my ass!

Posted by: Anonymous

BABY NURSE!! WTF. Are all people with money lazy idiots? God forbid they have to wake up in the middle of the night, or actually take time out of their precious day to play with the kid. It's to bad, I thought she was going to be a good mom

Posted by: Ruby

THIS IS HER HOUSE YOU PAPARAZZIS ARE AT,,,,ITS HER HOME,,,

THIS WEBSITE GIVES ME VIRUSES

Posted by: Anonymous

If I had the money I would have a baby nurse,I was very lucky I had my mother. Better to be safe than sorry.

Posted by: thanx mom

~i love you christina!!! :) you're best

Posted by: caroline

Funny how celeb moms need a nurse and nanny to do all the work dfor them!

Posted by: Anonymous

It's good to spend some time with the nanny to see how she interacts with the baby. Just because X17 calls her a baby nurse doesn't mean she is a nurse.

Posted by: Lillianne

I like that she is also in the back with the baby.

Posted by: Barbara

Nicole is a bad mother because she went out to dinner with Joel. Give me a break, the last time i was preggers 9 months was a very long time. She should take time to relax with baby daddy Joel ( I hope you two had a good time ).You people act like she took a tour around the world and left harlow with a sitter,Iam sure she was one of the grandmothers while they had time for mommy and daddy.

Posted by: A grandmother also

get over yourselves! You could tell Christina is a great mother!

Posted by: umm

No one is claiming that Nicole is a bad mother. Re-read what was post! When I became a 1st time mother I took my baby everywhere. I stayed home and made my coffee. And, if i needed something, you better believe my husband want out to get it. I believe people like nichole love the attention and that's okay thats there life sytle. Christine is probably taking her baby to the 2 week doctor's apppointment they usually give you after the baby is born.

Posted by: Anonymous

Only in hollywood do celb moms need a nurse to take care of their chil!

Posted by: Anonymous

WELL I SURE WISHED I HAD SOME ONE TO TAKE THE 2;00 and 6;00 feedings, IF I HAD THE CASH I WOULD HAVE.

Posted by: Anonymous

It's a shame that more women can't afford it because it reduces stress, allows the mother to regain her strength, and allows her to bond with her child without the exhaustion that comes with being pregnant and then delivering your child. So many people try to use things like baby nurses, nannies, etc. to portray celebs as bad parents and it is beyond silly. If those who are critical could afford it they would use it themselves. And Anonymous 12:29 what an unkind remark for someone who just had a baby to make. For all you know people are saying the same thing about you and your baby's father. Hopefully you didn't pass those mean genes to your baby.

Posted by: anon

Why not have a nurse if you can afford one? this is her first time as a mom she's probably nervous.

Posted by: Anonymous

I think Christina is a great person, and she seams to be very down to earth. She has a fantastic singing voice, and thats what she is know for.
Leave her alone! She is a much better mom than Britney will ever be. So what she need a little help..
GO CHRISITNA!! :)

first Off, I m not a xtina fan at all, HOWEVER, I honestly think you people are looking for something to make a big deal out of absolutely nothing! secondly, what is the problem exactly with having someone with you for th first fewweeks of being a mom? when you have children youll have help from your friends and mothers and sisters, everyone needs help no matter who you ar or how much money you have. Third, just becaus you have a baby doenst mean you have to take it everywhere with you or be a hermit and sit in till its 18, nicole has and will continue to have the right to have Nicole time, nicole and joel tme and Nicole, Joel d Harlow time. I dont even have a kid and i can clearly see hw pathetic most of u are!

Get off Christina's case. She didnt ask for the paps to be there taking pics. She is living her life and if she needs assistance and can afford it then good for her. Some people here have posted how ugly her husband is which I think is a shame. This ugly husband loves Christina and isnt running all over town on her dime and flying private jets to Vegas every second. This ugly husband isnt using her to further his career, but is at home helping Christina with the baby and that's what's up. Jordan Bratman is a real man and has his priorities right as head of the family, unlike a certain looser, talentless wannabe rapper/actor picked from the Fresno slums. This is a wonderful family just like any American family, is it possible that x17 and other gossip sites leave them alone.

4:04 you are right on the money.

Posted by: anonymous

if someone is going to plan to have kids then they should do it the old fashion way not with a baby nurse!! it builds character!!! These women are wimps.

People who talk shit are loosers and jealous hahahahahaha your a looser hahahahahahaha

lo her

12:14 OMG you have GO TO BE KIDDING ME! These freaks of nature need a nurse, someone to carry the baby and the diaper bag. Goodness, I've been a mother for well over 20 years and you know what, it takes TIME, DEDICATION, and PRACTICE. If I had money like that and I've been in a place to hire help if I could over the years, I never did. It's NOT THAT HARD. Lazy people is what they are!!

Posted by: These people on here CRACK ME UP. She doesn't need a NURSE, jesus people

1:45 that is so sad that you say that. Those feedings were the most special time I ever spent with all five of my children. I treasured those times. The hell with sleep. How pitiful that people choose to try and find a way out of those special times.

Posted by: What a lazy generation growing up

When I had my fist baby, I was single, all alone, it was the hardest thing I ever had to go through, I thought I was going to die of lack of sleep, I would have given anything to have someone there to help.

looksss cute...so good mon

..XDD

dont worry christina fans these are the same stupid people who cram the britney postings over and over saying how ugly she is. when i think there both beautiful

Well atleast we know Christina isnt a Racist!!

Posted by: Anonymous

Good for her and her babe. I saw his husband's profile on millionaire dating site W e a l t h yR o m a n ce.com last week. It seems he can't wait to date new girls on tha site.

Posted by: Anonymous

For all we know that nurse is for Christina. Could even be a lactation consultant! Judgmental people, aren't we? Tisk, tisk.

Posted by: Anonymous

When a woman gives birth for the first time, she doesn't have experience taking care of a baby so it's always good to hire a nanny to help you learn how to take care of the baby. You can see that many girls/women rely on their mothers wth their first child. It's a known thing. Stop badmouthing Christina for having a nanny; it's actually a really good thing.

After giving birth, the hospital asked if I would like a nurse to make a home-visit. I was like "hell yeah". I had no idea what I was doing. I was also sore like hell. If you could get a little help, you'd be stupid not to get it. Stop being so judgemental. Just give her some recognition for being a normal sane responsible pop star who seems to be in a loving, stable relationship with her husband. judgemenZZk,nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn

Posted by: Anonymous

LOL! My baby ruined the end of my post above. I was going to say: stop being so judgmental until you've been in the same situation and on top of that, different babies have different temperament. Some babies are more difficult than others. When you have a very difficult baby, you'd bet that you would be running for help - whether it be mommy or a nurse/nanny if you can afford like Christina can.

Posted by: Anonymous

did you ever stop to think that maybe the baby has a medial condition thats needs attention from a nurse? you don't know that if the baby was born with a problem that need watched over by a professional.

so shut the fuck and don't always think people are lazy.

Posted by: jess

come on.A nurse? she can be a mommy all by herself. normal peopl dont have nurses.

Posted by: Anonymous

as was said before: some pple just need summn to bitch and gripe about.
Most people have their mothers or sisters stay with them when they have babies - my mom stayed with my sister for about 2 months with each of her 2 kids. New moms are tired, nervous, on edge, and it helps to have another hand, especially an experienced one, nearby. Her first child was born 9 weeks premature and once she stopped breathing. My mom taught her to blow in the baby's face to kinda startle her and she'd breathe again. Some things aren't just instinct.

Posted by: jcangirl

#1 she had a c-section
#2 she is a first time mom
C-sections are painful, I wish I had a baby nurse to come home with me and help me until i recovered from the c-section...

Posted by: stephanie

That's her nanny you idiots! How would you know where she was going that may have required her to have a nanny to take care of Max while she has an appointment.

Posted by: Anonymous

It's so amazing to see Christina out with her baby:D This is great! Congratz to Christina, she's gonna be a great mom!

Mental retardation in this blog amazes me. People are so defensive and annoying when talking about kids. You don't know what's happening in Christina's life, you just sit here with your lazy asses and try to raise her baby that you haven't even seen? Common sense is underrated here, I see.

Posted by: DirrtyBaby

She's only been a mom for what? 2 weeks? How can that determine she is a good mom!? I mean c'mon people, if you can't take care of your child alone then don't have kids! Take the responsibilty! This goes for celebs as well as us normal people!

Posted by: Anonymous

Hey, I had a nurse for the first month of my childs life. And i'm not rich or famous. And i dare someone to say i wasn't a hands on mother. It's like getting a house keeper to help you clean your house. No one ever says your just toooo lazy. Maybe your just to busy or tired. Max isn't our precious angel, so it doesn't even matter who she let's take care of HER baby. You guys just want her to F--- up. But she's been holding her own since day one of her Stardom. So BIG UP'S to her and Jordan. Do your thing like you guys have been doing. And screw the rest of the world.

Posted by: Anonymous

she is the best i love you xtina uuuuuuuuuuuuuuh

Posted by: Anonymous

So judgmental! When I had my daughter my mom came to stay with me for 2 weeks to help out. That is pretty normal, I don't know anyone who didn't have a friend or relative come over to help out in those first weeks. Some days I even had a friend or two stop by to visit and help for a bit. Taking care of a newborn is a lot of work, especially if you breastfeed or had a c-section, or both. You're trying to recover from major surgery and care for a little eating/pooping machine. Nothing wrong with getting some help. Better for mom because she is actually able to get some rest and recover, which makes things better for baby. People need to get off their high horses.

Posted by: sameer

Dont you know that rich people can hire nurse's to watch the baby so the momma can sleep ?!
Especially since newborns cry every 2 hours !
Moms need the rest.

Posted by: Me, Myself and I

You people that are bashing her are just jealous you cant afford a nurse or someone to help out. I am a doctor and we reccomend the new mommy to have some time to get back on her feet. Any doctor will tell you to take as much help as you can get.

Posted by: Anonymous

I just had my second child 2 months ago and I am still exausted.I had a c-section twice also.Alotta pain.I still wake up 3-4 times a night to feed.Pissed off at the world too.I sleep better than I wake up.Thank God I do not have bored MF'S that just want want to cover up their own mistakes in their minds putting a microscrope on me! I'd be f....d orat least f....d in the head.I continuously make mistakes.

Posted by: sonya

I had a nurse for the first few weeks and my insurance company paid for it. It's not a big deal, people. Most of the people I know have used them and we are by no means uber-rich.

Where is the pic of Max though? Cant see him! this is bullcrap, it aint the first pic of Max, u cant even see him!!

i agree with jen! ^^^

Seriously ppl. Having a baby is hard word. If you do not have a child you really need to do us all a favor and shut up! I was in hard labor for 18 hours with my son and they say a c-section is even more painful. I wish I would have had a nurse to help me. Being a first time mother, you naturally want your child to have the best and be in the best hands while you recover. SO CONGRATS CHRISTINA!!!! YOU WILL BE A GREAT MOTHER! as for ever hater in her- get a life.

ALL THE HATERS IN HERE ARE SAD LITTLE PEOPLE WHO REALLY NEED TO GROW THE HELL UP. SERIOUSLY! DO YOU REALLY THINK SHE GIVES A SHIT WHAT YOU THINK, SHE IS DOING WHAT SHE THINKS IS BEST FOR HER CHILD. SHE IS IN THE BACK SEAT WITH THE BABY, HOW COULD YOU SAY SHE IS NOT A GOOD MOTHER. SHAME ON THE SAD LITTLE PPL!!!!!

Posted by: MOTHER OF 20MO. OLD BABY BOY

She had a C-section..... That means your stomach was CUT OPEN..... Believe me when I say it is PAINFUL..... Unlike a natural child birth (also painful for some time) it is surgury and you have to have help for the first 4 to 6 weeks. If you have not had a C-section - shut up.

Posted by: Anonymous

Does anyone know when this pic was REALLY taken? Do we know that shes really a nurse? Just cos shes got scrubbs on does NOT make her medical personell. This pic looks like the one they took on the day she LEFT the hospital right after she had her c-section. Oh and by the way she wouldnt dialate past 4 cm so the HAD to do a c-section she was going to go vag if she could. Im thinking this was a home health provider to help her at home after her surgery. If you look Chris has her hands on the baby not the health care provider. Most times when you leave the hospital after having a baby your going to want to sit in the back and be close to your newborn I know I did.

Posted by: Angela

she is the best xtina i love you baby!!!

Posted by: Anonymous

It seems that you dont know how tired a baby could be... Try to sleep when the baby wokes up every 2 hours to eat, then change dipper and takes the gases out.

Posted by: adriana

Thanks X17 the real Christina fans love looking at her when ever she gous out and this is the first site I go to see if you got new pics of her... I would love to see her beautiful baby but if Christina dosent want to show them its ok because the baby is her life and I dont think she would want people harasing her for the picts... She is amazing and anyone that is ignorant to talk trash about her is just and idiot if you dont like her dont come and see the pics.

Posted by: Anonymous

All of you people complaining about the nurse, you're stupid. It's a nurse that comes for about 2 weeks or so to help take care of the baby and to teach the mother how to take care of it. She's not neglecting her child at all. If you thinks she's so stupid, why do you look at her pictures on X17 anyways??

Posted by: Tyler FOO!!

OMG - She has too much help!!! Wow that is the worst thing in the world!!! Geez and she actually sits in the back seat with her baby!!! Someone should just call Child Protective now.

Posted by: What is wrong with the haters?

If she didn't have help you'd be complaining about her not, knowing how to take care of her child and not getting help with all of her money. Most women have their mother come and stay with them. Her mother is in Pittsburg with a child of her own. It can't hurt to get professional advice from someone who knows. Why fumble around when you don't have to? It's the child that benefits the most.

Posted by: terri

So britney is slated for not being a good mum because she wanted to do it on her own, and now because christina get a bit of help she is now being slated. They just cant win

Whoever cares of this asshole, nude whore!? Another train wreck disoriented asshole in the making...

These stars never take care of their own kids. My mom didnt need a nurse and i have a illness and neither did i.

Posted by: Anonymous

Commenter: NORMAL people don't have nurses. (LOL) These people aren't NORMAL! Do normal people have paps staking out their home everyday and whackos stalking them, my gosh, they need nurses, nannies and security guards! I'm a stay home mom and I'd LOVE a nanny just to help out and get a break from my 24 hour job. Hey I think I'll search the nannies site to find one, gotta go!

Posted by: Anonymous

c'mon give her a break, she's got the money to get a nurse for help, at least she's there still and not just leaving the baby all to the nurse. It's great to have some help specially if it's your first time to have a baby, it's hard being alone.

why is so crazy why is commeding suidiced crazy !!! that so stupid

I would want someone to help me with the baby too if I had scumbags in my driveway running at me with cameras! You see how close they get! They almost knock over the celebs! She is doing it for her babies protection probably. How would you feel if people sat in front of your houses and stalked you?

Posted by: Anonymous

Has no one thought that (god forbid) her baby has a medical condition or was sick?! and so what if she has money and thats "what celebrities do" if you were a celebrity and had the $$ would you not want the best for your baby? it might not be what normal people do but normal people dont have 100flash bulbs going of at you just because you went to take out the trash... so looks like there should be no comparison

I totally agree with babyx (2.11.08).

I have my own kids and if I had the dough I would NOT mind havin an extra set of hands!

Let these miserable people, with probably miserble lives keep talking. TEAM CHRISTINA ALL THE WAY!!!!!

So... have any of you ever haters ever had kids? I have 3 and would have loved to have a nurse help me for a little while. You get up every 2-3 hours for WEEKS straight. Who wouldn't need a break? Some of you really need to get real and stfu.

Posted by: Ashley, proud mom of 3

It's really sad to see people being cruel..Kinda like they have no life, are very sad and miserable, and basically so very upset about their own circumstances, that they feel the need to lash out to others in the world. I have 3 kids, and although I didn't have a nurse, I would've loved to have one. It's sad really to see people taking the time to say negative things to a new mom, when they could just be human for a moment, grow a set and wish her happiness instead. I wonder if those who have posted before have any decency, and if they are parents, what kind of messsage are they sending their own children by being so hateful. To me, I think that's what is wrong in the world today, too many parents no caring to take the time to teach values and how to be a decent human being.

Posted by: unknown mom of 3

I got to give it up to Christina!! I think she'll make a wonderful mother!! Can't wait to see baby Max!! =) God bless her and family!!

Posted by: Anonymous

This is the first time I have read the comments after and to say the least I am disgusted. Do you people not have anything better to do than to make fun of a newborn baby? Or a new mother? Or a new father? Are we in the first grade again? That is how you all are acting! My 9 year old daughter is more mature than some of you who posted those nasty comments. I teach my children love and compassion. I hope if you all have children they dont get your nasty habits!! There are more important things to be discussing and worried about in this world than whether or not Chirstina has a nanny/nurse. If I could have afforded it I would have. I am a stay at home mom whose husband is in Iraq and I often fantasize about having a nanny just to have some help. Does that make me a horrible person like you are saying about her?? Christina has a good head on her shoulders and I am sure her and her husband will make great parents! Grow up!!!

Maybe some of you should do your research. Before state health care dropped to new lows worldwide in the 90's it was expected for a first time mum to stay in hospital - yes with a baby nurse supervising - for almost a month. The fact that this 'luxury' has been taken away from most of us does not make Christina or any other new mum with appropriate resources any less capable of being a hands on mother.
