While Mischa shopped for cleaning supplies yesterday, her ex (?) Cisco Adler was out picking up a few essentials of his own! We spotted Cisco leaving an acupuncturist's office with a bag full of herbs, which we'll presume were of the less-scandalous variety than you might otherwise expect. (Although "alternative" herbs would certainly explain the goofy grin that spread over his face when he saw us!)
