The former Friend left the trendy Hollywood eatery in a fine mood last night, pausing to sign autographs and pose for pics with fans.
Of course, as smokin' hot as Courteney was looking, we can't blame her for putting on a show - hell, if we looked like as much like the eternally fine Demi Moore as Courteney did last night, we'd make sure the cameras caught us too!
