Courteney Cox celebrated her 45th birthday yesterday at Nobu with her family and friends Laura Dern and Ben Harper.

I don't know if she's had any work done, but Court looks amazing - and pretty natural - for forty-five! She's also looking extremely happy these days. Maybe it's her adorable daughter (loves the tee, "Cute Is The New Black"!), or maybe it's the fact that she's returning to network tv in next season's Cougar Town!

Can't wait!

Coco turns 5 this weekend, but her folks had an early birthday party for her yesterday in Beverly Hills.

This kid may not be the most gorgeous celebri-tot, but she certainly seems to have one of the biggest personalities, which just makes us love her more!

Smart enough to drink Smart Water! Just like her BFF Jen Aniston. Although, upon closer inspection, it looks like Court - seen here leaving the Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill at The Grove - added a little Crystal Light powder to her beverage. Just a guess, of course!

The definition of adorable? Pictures of Courteney Cox in a loving embrace with her young (and beautiful) daughter Coco... oh no! My ice-cold heart is melting!

Loves the shirt! And loves Courteney Cox. I can't believe we're actually spotting her out and about with hubby David Arquette. So rare, right? Good to know they're still going strong...

First of all, why is everyone - and by everyone, I mean Courteney Cox and Heidi Klum and co. - going to church? God only knows!

And second of all, we had spotted the Friends alum at Starbucks in Brentwood with a pal earlier and asked her about that big reconciliation with BFF Jen Aniston. Court said the following about it:

Aww, even though we thought the former Friends were becoming frenemies, it looks like they've patched everything up! Earlier this month, Courteney Cox was spotted hanging out with Brad Pitt at the Chris Cornell concert at the Wiltern Theater here in LA, and rumor has it Jen was so pissed about the whole thing, she didn't want to see Court when she she got back from shooting The Baster in NYC!

Last night, Jennifer, Courteney and hubby David Arquette had dinner at Water Grill in downtown LA, and afterwards the trio headed to the Staples Center to see the Fleetwood Mac concert. Our photographers tell X17online exclusively:

"They were all laughing and enjoying the LA nightlife. They totally looked like they did back on Friends - two women having a girls night out, joking, having fun. Other diners at the restaurant were definitely looking at the pair but it didn’t seem to bother them. They were both in a great mood! They were even holding hands on the way out of the restaurant!"

Aww glad to see these two worked it all out!

The gal pals were looking slender and chic while leaving Joan's on Third together yesterday afternoon. Too bad Jen Aniston couldn't join! Damn that never-ending Baster shoot in NYC.

First thing's first - Courteney Cox is a goddess! She's dressed uber-casual with no makeup on and still looks like a rock star. How many 44-year-old moms can you say THAT about?

Here she is out buying a new mattress in Culver City on Tuesday. I know, super-sexy. But Court can make even the most mundane things look attractive!

Courteney Cox was out and about in Los Angeles the other day, and the Cougartown star looked oh so classy and chic when we snapped her going to her car. Good to see the actress aging so well...it's hard to believe she's 44 years old!

I love it when random celebrities are just somehow friends with each other because, you know, they're hot and are celebrities. Such is the case with Hairspray hottie James Marsden and Friends alum Courteney Cox.

James stopped by Court's pad with his kids over the weekend... damn, he is one attractive fella!

Every year, Universal Studios' Ron Meyer throws a big bash at his house in Malibu, where the likes of Courteney Cox, Steven Spielberg, Kate Hudson, Jamie Foxx and many, many more bring their kids for a big Easter Egg hunt!

Courteney Cox had sharp comic timing on Friends and exposed her ruthlessness in the underrated Dirt... and now, get ready for Cougar Town! (We hope this is exactly as it sounds.) Court is fierce and funny and I think this new series will be the hit she deserves.

We're not sure exactly what's going on here, but we spotted Courteney and her husband David outside of a doctor's office in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

David gave his wife a loving hug and kiss as they left the medical building, while Courteney can be seen holding her hand over what could soon be a baby bump.

So can little Coco expect a baby brother or sister sometime soon? We'll just have to wait and see!
