For someone who stars in a show called "The Dirt", Courteney Cox sure cleans up nice! We caught Hollywood's favorite fictional paparazzo slipping out of a beauty salon yesterday - although to be honest, given her role on the show, we were a little disappointed that she still wouldn't even acknowledge our presence!
