To be honest, this is the best Courtney Love has looked in a while. Seriously! The rocker attended Elton John's "An Enduring Vision" benefit for his AIDS foundation in New York Monday night and we're impressed that she managed to slip into a gala-worthy dress!

It really is Courtney Love contemplatively looking in the mirror at The Mirage 20th Anniversary party in Vegas, and somehow completely overlooking the fact that her eyeliner is smeared halfway down her cheeks...

And Nicole Scherzinger performing at the Bare Pool Lounge with her Pussycat practically hanging out!

The rocker is still in NYC for fashion week and, er, it's great to see Courtney Love looking so healthy and in love! Okay, she doesn't look too healthy, but she does look in love with that cig...

While Courtney used to be one of the most talked about blondes in Hollywood (remember when she was supposed to be the new Madonna?), she's now usually only mentioned in sentences that contain the words "train wreck".

Last night Court joined just about everyone on the planet for Marc Jacob's show at New York fashion week and the requisite after-party, but instead of gabbing about the reunion of Courtney and Madonna, everyone was talking about Madonna and Lady GaGa (the new new Madonna!)

Awwww, poor Court - she even cleaned up for the event, too! Well... "cleaned up" for her, anyway!

Love is all around! Okay, maybe not for Courtney Love, who's looking a little freaky strolling the streets of New York. Somebody needs a home-cooked meal and a hug!

Maybe that's why she looks healthier than usual! Cuz we can't see her skin and bones bod. The once-awesome rocker was spotted out at the Waverly Inn in NYC with pals the other night... hey, this is a HUGE improvement over last time!

A rather skeletal Courtney Love was spotted in NYC yesterday, and while we're glad to see her consuming some form of food, it's not nearly enough! Someone needs to get the former grunge goddess some pasta or a chicken pot pie, and quickly!

And don't even get us started on her face!

Well, it's not quiiiite as wacky as Court's but they certainly both love those floral tights!

Frances, looking way more mature than her 17 years, showed off more than just her lacey legs with friends in NYC, she also showed off a tattoo written in french that reads "Art is The solution for Chaos":

And with her chaotic life and upbringing, we can only hope she's found solace in art!

Even she's all, "I know, I can't believe I'm wearing this."

The former rocker (who turned 45 last month) was looking like her usual self during an outing in New York on Saturday with a pal. Someone really needs a vacay and a sponge bath! Am I right?

Well this shouldn't come as a surprise...American Express is slapping Courtney Love with a lawsuit, claiming that she owes over $350,000 in unpaid charges and other fees on her AmEx Gold card. Yikes! That's a lot of dough.

According to Star Magazine, in a lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court on Wednesday, American Express is asking for $352,059.67 for the unpaid balance, damages, attorney's fees and late charges after Love "failed and refused" to make payments.

Oh Courtney, we don't even want to know what you're spending your money on...

Courtney Love was snapped lunching with some friends at the Chateau Marmont yesterday afternoon, and even though she appeared to be sober and happy, we have to wonder if she actually ATE anything - her arms look like toothpicks!

One person's trash is apparently Courtney Love's treasure. Love is reportedly furious after movers mistook her favorite art piece for junk!!!

According to the UK's Mail on Sunday, the "art" in question was a dead bird in a matchbook created by artist Polly Morgan worth more than $10,000. The art critics movers apparently didn't think it looked all that important and tossed it in the trash!!!

"Courtney is beside herself. She's been living in a hotel and entrusted her personal assistant to supervise her move from a rented house in Malibu to a big place up in the Hollywood Hills," a source tells the Mail.

Love reportedly promptly fired the assistant, but the Hole singer may have even bigger problems to worry about!!!

The UK's Guardian newspaper reports that Kurt Cobain's widow may have been swindled out of more than $500 million by unscrupulous "investors."

Courtney apparently only became aware of the problem when she noticed the money was gone. Lawyers, accountants and private investigators are trying to track down the missing money, and Love is filling a number of civil suits hoping to recover what she can.

Where did all that money go???

Courtney Love showed up to her daughter's high school in her fav dress and tights combo the other day, and we want to know what YOU would do if your mom showed up to your school dressed like this. Do you think Frances' peers make fun or her? Or do they play it nice due to the fact that her mom is a 90s grunge rock icon?

The Daily Mail claims that 16-year-old Frances Bean likes the Twilight hunk, natch, and mom Court is set to play matchmaker...

Says a source: "Courtney thinks he’s charming and handsome and absolutely has to be Frances’s first date. She’s doing everything she can to engineer another meeting."

But the question is, will Rob like Frances?

After (jokingly) telling us she was going to hang out with Linds and Sam, Courtney Love was spotted in downtown Los Angeles last night. Who KNOWS what she was doing there - it's definitely not high on the list of celeb hangouts, and by the looks of it, the grunge goddess might have gotten into some trouble!

Though this outfit isn't exactly sexy and sophisticated, it's definitely a huge improvement over the other things she's worn recently!

We caught up with a very sober Courtney Love last night, and the usually incoherent rocker had plenty to say to say to X17 photogs. She chatted about her plans to move, and when the paps asked her what she was doing later, she replied, "What am I going to go do? Hang out with Lindsay and Sam!"
