A pap (with a terrible reputation and past convictions) and his stooge were stalking/harrassing Ronny and his mum. He stopped to ask them to leave him alone and ended up kicking the car - I'd be damn sure he didn't mean for his $50M foot to go anywhere near the window nor would have he intended for the girl to be hurt - if she even was. The pap and the girl's first reaction wasn't to get police help but to offer to sell the tape to Ronny's management co. Assualt and criminal damage are never to be condoned but this was a moment of frustration after days of harrassment by a pair of leeches who deserve to be treated with utter contempt.
