David Beckham did a good job of evading the paps outside the El Capitan yesterday afternoon - but he did a great job of eluding them on the way home!

The soccer superstar attracted a huge crowd of paps when he took one of his boys out to a showing of Prince Caspian in the early evening - including one guy (not one of ours) who was so eager for a shot that he ended up running afoul of the cops, who ended up pulling the guy over while David escaped! Jeez, dude - ever heard of playing it cool?
