Last time it was for Father's Day - now I think they just wanna show off their hot beach bods!

David Duchovny and Tea Leoni were spotted in the 'Bu again with their kids (not to mention David's Californication co-star and friend Natascha McElhone) havin' a little fun in the sun. Tea's so pretty and talented! I just wish I didn't remember her mainly from Spanglish.

Amidst all of their marital problems, David Duchovny and Tea Leoni decided to put everything aside and show off their hot bods during a Father's Day outing (with their kids) on the beaches of Malibu!

Yeah, they've always looked good sans clothes, but David and Tea are a lot older now so kudos for keeping in shape! Think he's over that whole sex addiction thing by now?

We spotted David Duchovny on the set of Californication yesterday, and the recovering sex addict was looking pretty good! And we can't WAIT for season three of this show - we're hooked on Hank, Mia and all the sex, drugs and rock 'n roll.

The UK's Daily Mail has issued a retraction and an apology for a story that implied David Duchovny was getting more than just lessons from his tennis instructor.

On October 19, an article about actor David Duchovny may have suggested he had an amorous relationship with a tennis coach, Edit Pakay.

We now accept this is inaccurate and Ms. Pakay and Mr. Duchovny are only friends who used to play tennis occasionally.

Their relationship went no further and was not a factor in Mr and Mrs Duchovny’s separation. We apologize to Ms. Pakay, Mr. Duchovny and to Mr. Duchovny's family.

According to E! News, the tennis instructor is staying on David's side of the net. She reportedly signed a statement saying the pair never had any "romantic feelings" towards each other.

David Duchovny is denying rumors that he's getting more than a little help with his serve from his female tennis coach.

"The stories about an alleged affair between David Duchovny and his tennis instructor, Edit Pakay, are completely false," attorney Larry Stein says.

The UK's Mail on Sunday reported that Duchovny and 28-year-old Edit Pakay became romantically involved after she was hired to give him private tennis lessons.

When asked about the rumors, the Hungarian-born Pakay allegedly told the paper: "I don't want to say anything that might hurt David. I am not going to deny it. I do'nt know what our relationship means to him."

Duchovny as you know, has recently spent time in rehab for sex addiction and separated from wife Tea Leoni.

Billy Bob Thorton is denying reports that David Duchovny and Tea Leoni are splitting up because he was exchanging sexually charged text messages with the actress. A rep for Billy Bob tells Extra! the two are merely 'friends' who recently starred in a movie together.

Maybe he wasn't the one who needed rehab?

Californication star David Duchovny and his wife Tea Leoni have been separated for "a few months," according to a new statement from the former couple.

"In light of continuous speculation over the lives and marriage of Tea Leoni and David Duchovny, the couple has confirmed that they have in fact been separated for several months," the statement, released by their reps, says. "The couple had hoped to keep this separation private for the sake of their children."

David reportedly decided to end his 11-year marriage to fellow actress Tea, with whom he has two children, nine-year-old Madelaine West and six-year-old Kyd, after finding raunchy and sexually charged messages on her cell phone.

The messages were reportedly from Billy Bob Thornton, who Tea met while shooting the movie ‘Manure’ earlier this year. The pair are now said to be romantically involved.

David Duchovny's been released from rehab after two months.

His attorney tells Us that after "successfully" completing his sexual addiction rehabilitation therapy, David's "starting a movie soon."

The X-Files star was spotted with his wife, Tea Leoni, on Sunday at New York's Czech Festival.

Duchovny's new series, Californication, in which he plays a sex-addicted writer, premiered last week.

Duchovny, married to a hot piece of ass called Tea Leoni, released a statement through his attorney today (does his lawyer really need to know about his penile activities??!!), saying:

"I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction. I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family."

While you "deal with this situation as a family!" You mean with your 6 and 9 year-olds?!! Oh, and privacy?! That's why you released a statement about something the public never would have found out about in the first place?!

And what the hell is sex addiction? 27 times a day? Minimum 4 hours/day of porn? Quickies on the set with your own hand?

And how do you detox? -- Especially when you're in a rehab center with lots of other "addicts?" I mean, are they all strapped down to beds to make sure they don't jump each others' bones?

If you're a sex addict, are you always a sex addict, just a "recovering" sex addict? Do you go to XX meetings?
