Fresh off the plane from a crazy bender in London which involved some bed-wetting and a hospital stint due to intoxication, the Hoff took his daughter Hayley (who's had to deal with her dad's drunkeness on more than one occasion) shopping in the 'Bu at the boutique Madison.

We're glad that David's back in town and obviously not in need of hospitalization, as evidenced by the way he used his dog as a puppy ventriloquist:

After a scary week in London which ended with him being hospitalized, David Hasselhoff returned to LA in good spirits, but looking thinner than ever.

Course, he did relieve himself of a lot of liquids (apparently while passed out in the hotel bed), so it was probably all just water weight!

David Hasselhoff has fallen off the wagon in a big way, at pal Simon Cowell's big birthday bash in London.

The Sun reports that the Baywatch star got so out of control after drinking for days (starting with Cowell's party last weekend and continuing at London's St. Martin Lane Hotel), that his assistant had to call in a doctor to deal with the belligerent star. But David was none too happy about this latest intervention and lashed out, accidentally punching the doc in the face.

A source tells the paper, A source close to the star said: "David is very hard to handle when he drinks, often very emotional and aggressive. On this occasion he became so drunk he wet his hotel bed - ruining two mattresses - and was becoming a real pain for staff. His assistant Joe Townley was so concerned he called out a doctor. David was furious and lashed out at him - but mistakenly hit the doctor. They decided they had no option but to lock him in the basement until an ambulance arrived."

The Hoff was taken to Capio Nightingale Hospital, spending two nights in a private suite before being discharged yesterday.

Last month, David denied being hospitalized for alcohol poisoning, calling it a bad reaction to medication instead. But it's undeniable that after this incident, the Hoff needs serious help.

Last night, the Hoff took his 17-year-old daughter Hayley to a launch party at the erotic toys and lingerie boutique, Coco de Mer.

But before you envision a Mackenzie Phillips thing, here, the underwear launch at the high-end boutique was hosted by Ashlee Simpson and drew a lot of young, hot Hollywood...and the Hoff, apparently.

So maybe it was just an "I forgive you for calling 911 on me" gesture?

Despite earlier reports, David Hasselhoff denies being taken to the hospital yesterday for alcohol poisoning; instead, he claims it was over a bad reaction to two different prescription drugs he was taking.

Hasselhoff's rep insists that the former Baywatch star was taking Antivert for an ear infection and Antabuse to help prevent him from drinking, and apparently the combination of drugs messed up his equilibrium, hence the trip to the hospital.

Sooo, I'm sure David is telling the truth, but didn't he pull this kind of excuse the last time he was hospitalized for alcohol poisoning? Back in May, he told X17online exclusively that his trip to the ER wasn't a big deal and he "wasn't really feeling bad." Hmm...what do you think?

You'd think he would have sworn off alcohol after that embarrassing incident with a hamburger and a video camera over two years ago, but David Hasselhoff clearly hasn't learned his lesson.

Paramedics responded to a 911 call at the Baywatch alum's Encino home just before 3:30pm yesterday, and the actor was taken to the hospital for alcohol poisoning. You might remember that David was hospitalized back in May for the same thing, and this time 911 was called after he appeared to be in physical danger.

Apparently David had been drinking all day, and his 17-year-old daughter accompanied him to the hospital, and she was seen crying as she sat by her dad's side.

Just last week we chatted with David at the Malibu Triathlon, and he didn't comment on his alcoholism, but he did mention that he has someone else driving for him these days. We're glad to hear that he's being safe, but we what's he doing to get a grip on the battle of the booze? Skip to 6:25 to hear David talk!

X17online caught up with the Hoff a week after his hospitalization for allegedly having a blood alcohol level of .39.

He looked fine, and according to him, he was always feeling fine as well! We asked how he was doing, he said, "I move forward, I'm doing great." When asked if he was feeling better, he replied, "I wasn't really feeling bad."

Well, we're certainly glad he's doing fine, but people who aren't "feeling bad" don't pass out on their floor and get rushed to hospitals!

Poor, man ...

David Hasselhoff was taked to Cedars-Sinai medical center today when his 15 year-old daughter Hayley found him unconscious on the floor of their Encino home today, according to Radaronline.

David's estranged wife Pamela Bach, drove him to the hospital where the Baywatch star registered a .39 blood alcohol level.

What is it about this guy? I mean he's got all the money in the world, a family, fame, and he still can't keep it together? Poor guy!

With Adam Sandler's new comedy You Don't Mess With The Zohan set to open wide this Friday, there's only one thing left to do - roll out the red carpet for the premiere!

Can you believe they managed to clear their schedules?

Ashley Tisdale spent Saturday afternoon with the older set: her mom, her grandma, and...David Hasselhoff?

We spotted the High School Musical starlet grabbing lunch with the other Tisdale women when, by sheer luck, the 'Hoff happened by for a quick chat. Ashley, of course, was happy to chat with the Knight Rider star - hey, who wouldn't be thrilled at a chance like that?

We thought we saw a ton of celebs out at Coachella on Saturday night - but clearly, we hadn't seen nothin' yet!

Sunday brought us a little more face-time with the celebs in attendance; we spotted Kelly Osbourne striding around looking proud as a peacock of the job she'd done as one of Mark Ronson's guest singers the night before. We also spotted Sienna Miller taking it easy in her favorite hat - pretty soon, she'll be hanging out with Marcia Cross!

Elsewhere, we saw Kimberly Stewart lookin' sexy and David Hasselhoff and his daughter grabbing a bite to eat - a cheeseburger, perhaps? (It's worth noting that David wasn't the only '80s star at the festival, either - wait'll you see the blast from the past we saved for after the jump!)

The Coachella music festival was in full swing this weekend, with tons of celebs getting hippied out in Indio... including Sienna Miller and Kelly Osbourne!

Do we like these two together? I dunno yet. They always look annoyed, so I guess they have that in common!

We caught David Hasselhoff grabbing a bite at Marmalade in Malibu with his daughter Saturday morning. Of course, in his bright yellow fleece, we'd have had to be blind to miss him!

Sadly, the Hoff's appearance was rather abbreviated; he breezed by our cameras with little more than a smile and a wave.

Then again, he was probably just hungry - and we all know what happens when you come between the Hoff and something he plans on eating!

And looking pretty in shape, too! The former Baywatch star was all smiles when we caught up with him out and about in Santa Monica this Sunday.

Guess all that working out has paid off!

We bumped into an ebullient David Hasselhoff at the gym the other day. It probably won't be the last time we see the Hoff sweating off all those hamburgers - after all, he's got a starring role in the Knight Rider movie set to show on TV next year!

Christian Audigier may be one of the hippest designers on the planet, and his Ed Hardy line may be hotter than the sun right now - but you'd certainly never know it from his big fashion show at the Grove last night! At least Kyla Pratt and David Hasselhoff showed up to put his stamp of approval on the proceedings - although according to an X17 source, the Hoff showed up with a few drinks under his belt!

Our source spotted David chatting with friends during his fifteen-minute appearance at the Victoria's Secret party last night, and reported that he looked "tipsy - not drunk. Although he didn't seem sober either," before heading over to the Grove. Hey, the way Jason Davis was running around flopping all over the place, we'd need a drink too!

Kim and co are such shameless self-promoters that they managed to work the title of their new E! show into every single sentence when we caught up with them outside of the Christian Audigier show at LA fashion week. Somehow, the girls were made over into models for the show -- although Kardashian sister Kourtney didn't quite like her makeover until our photog told her it looked good on camera. Desperate for compliments, much?

Also at the show were songstress Brandy, who was very suspicious of our cameras until we told her we were with X17online, and David Hasselhoff!
