Looks like we've got a front-runner for 2008's Most Dramatic Plastic Surgery - Heidi Montag!

The Hills starlet looked damn near unrecognizable when we spotted her out at Goa last night. Seriously - where do you even start?!

Heck, Heidi's new look was so overpowering that we almost didn't notice LC and Audrina were in attendance too!

Other stars on the scene included Seth "Shifty Shellshock" Binzer (currently appearing on VH1's Celebrity Rehab) and David Spade, who paused to give his thoughts on Heath Ledger's passing.

...Colin Farrell was playing Koi! We caught the Phone Booth star beating a hasty retreat away from the upscale restaurant last night. In fact, he might want to tone down his exits in the future - Colin burned rubber (and even swerved a little!) peeling into traffic!

Of course, Colin wasn't the only celebrity we saw at Koi last night; we also bumped into David Spade and Christina Milian as they left. Christina seemed more than a little miffed by her girl Mel B's loss on DWTS last night - well, she's certainly not the only one!

Funnyman David Spade showed his serious side when an X17 photog broke the news of friend Owen Wilson's alleged suicide attempt this weekend. His shock and dismay over the health of his friend was evident as David was rendered speechless over the news.

Move over Hyde, Hollywood has a new hot spot! Club Opera opened this weekend and a bevy of celebs showed up for the event. Adrian Grenier, Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado (but where were the Duff sisters?), Lauren Conrad, gorgeous Meagan Good, Taryn Manning, David Spade, Scott Storch, Cobi Jones and David Katzenberg all made appearances. Sexy "star" Kim Kardashian spoke out about Lindsay Lohan's recent troubles and said that she's a really "smart and sweet" girl and that she hopes it works out okay. Sugar Ray's Mark McGrath also had some humorous but supportive comments about the young actress - check it out!

Sophia Bush may have been the one turning 25 in style courtesy of Hypnotiq generously sponsoring her big birthday blowout, but from the looks of things, David Spade ended up leaving with the best present - a kiss from Pam Anderson! Looks like David can chalk another one up to the ol' "Let me stuff my ears with cotton so you've gotta lean in close for me to hear you" trick - hey, can't knock the classics!

...the stars were peacing out! Last night, a benefit for OmniPeace, an extremely worthy charity set up to raise awareness of the crippling poverty so prevalent in sub-Saharan Africa, brought out the stars turned out in full force to show their support - we spotted Courteney Cox & David Arquette (with his sister Alexis along for the ride!), David Spade, Kim Kardashian, and Casey Affleck making the scene!

But don't go thinking the clubs were left deserted - we also spotted Christina Milian, Lela Rochon, and Golden Brooks mingling in some of the city's hotter nightspots! The biggest appearance of the evening, however, had to go to our new pal Jamie Kennedy - hey, us X's gotta stick together!

Hopefully you caught Sarah Silverman as the raunchy host of the 2007 MTV Movie Awards last night, but what you probably didn't catch was the array of stars heading out to hotspot Hyde after the show. Above is Hairspray cutie Amanda Bynes waving to the paps outside the lounge. In the video below, Desperate Housewives star Josh Henderson fumbled for his ID outside of Hyde before heading to Winstons, David Spade cozied up with some fans for a pic and even the outspoken Ms. Silverman herself admitted to feeling a little bad about her Paris Hilton joke...

It can't be easy being as small as David Spade, especially considering that women are generally such size queens! The diminutive David stepped out with his shorty in Malibu yesterday wearing a strange t-shirt. Whatchoo got against the UK, David?

Last night, you could hardly swing a dead cat over your head without smacking Hollywood royalty in the face - but even some of Tinseltown's brightest lights can't hold a candle to Madonna in the starpower department! The Material Girl made quite an entrance at the Vanity Fair party at Morton's last night, drawing shrieks of adulation from an admiring crowd of stargazers. (Still, we have to admit to wondering just how much longer she'll be able to cling to her throne - after all, Beyonce got a pretty enthusiastic response from the crowd just a few minutes later!)

From what David Spade is saying about Heather Locklear in this XCLUSIVE video from last night outside a party at Social, you'd think THEY were the ones who'd be dodging engagement rumors! At first, they seemed like such an unlikely couple (are they or aren't they?), but from the adorable way he's talking about her, he could be just the man Heather needs right now! Soooo cute!

Looks like all the jokers turned out to Hyde last night - David Spade had a few words for us as he was leaving, although he didn't crack us up nearly as much as Andy Milonakis! We also spotted Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman (blink and you'll miss them!) and Britney's friend - could he have been playing the role of the decoy while Britney partied it up at Le Deux?

The stars were partying at Koi! David Spade was there (sans rumored on-again gf Heather Locklear), Aaron & Nick Carter greeted their many fans and Nick Cannon pulled up in a phat Rolls with none other than Paris Hilton hanger-on, Kim Kardashian! Are these two an item?
