The soon to be 47-year-old actress sat down with W Magazine for their December issue, and we're totally drooling over her cover shot. Demi talks about aging in Hollywood, Twitter and her much younger hubby, but she makes sure to point out that she doesn't like being called a cougar!

She tells the mag, "I’m certainly not the first person to be in a relationship with a younger man, but somehow I was plucked out as a bit of a poster girl. I don’t know why that is. But I just kind of step back sometimes and say, ‘There is some reason, and what is it that I have to share in a positive way?'…I’d prefer to be called a Puma."

Works for us!

Just weeks after splitting with his short-lived twittermance, Demi Lovato, Miley's bro gave us a case of Demi-Vu outside of Katsuya with a Lovato Look-A-Like!

Trace declined to comment on what he thought about the controversy surrounding Miley's pole-dance, instead letting his lips do the talking...all over his date's face!

After a very public display of affection with his new raven-haired hottie, the valet finally brought Trace's car around and relieved us all from the awkwardness.

Demi Lovato says it "would be an honor" to be asked to contribute a song to the soundtrack for New Moon, but so far she hasn't been asked.

Lovato tells MTV.com she'd jump at the chance if that call ever comes and she already knows who the song would be about.

"Edward Cullen - I'd write a love song to him," Lovato said. "Or Jacob Black."

Well, by the amount of attention she received the other night, it sure seems like it! The Disney star may not be as famous as Miley Cyrus, but she took time to pose with her adoring fans outside of Trump Towers in NYC.

Last month on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Disney starlet Demi Lovato revealed that like many other young girls, she was bullied in middle school, and it was so bad that it eventually led her to be home-schooled. Tear.

Demi told Ellen, "I never really understood why [I was bullied] until looking back - I had a different lifestyle than everyone else, whether it was because of my haircolor or whatever the reason was...I want to help with bullying because there are girls that can't just up and home-school and focus on their career."

In a recent MySpace Celebrity blog, Demi goes into further details about her bullying in 7th grade, and talks about how she's teased now, in the form of gossip blogs and cruel commenters. Demi writes:

I've been talking to a few fans lately and i've been fortunate enough to maintain a friendship with them over myspace or emails and even though our lives are completely different, we still have one thing in common; having trouble dealing with the cruelty of others. or some people call it bullying. i've dealt with it before until i made the decision to homeschool but sometimes it seems as if it doesn't just end in high-school. sometimes i get online and read blogs (which i probably shouldn't if i can't handle it) and read the horrible things that people say in comments... and it can really take a toll on you. verbal abuse can be just as harmful as physical abuse. the fans that i have stayed in touch tell me all the time that they're either being harassed online or being beaten at school and it hurts me to hear that. i took the easy road out and decided to homeschool but unfortunately not everyone has that option. so as a message to everyone.. please keep in mind when you're about to threaten someone, make fun of them or leave blog comments about them.... that what you say or do to others can truly affect someone. and as cheesy and lame as it may sound.. never forget the golden rule.

We see Demi's point, but she's a pretty, famous girl, and for her to complain about bullying seems a bit hypocritical. Plus, how is she going to help people if she just avoided the situation herself? Maybe we should be nicer, but if she had stood up to her bullies, rather than complain about it via the media, we might be a bit more sympathetic towards her.

Demi also reveals that she's a Twilight fan - she's currently reading the second book in the series, and she says she "[Can't] put the books down." Think she's as crazy about the Twilight movie and it's star, Rob Pattinson?

She's already appeared in a made-for-TV movie (Camp Rock), she sings (her tune, "Don't Forget" debuted at #2 on Billboard last week) and now Demi Lovato has gotten herself a sitcom on the Disney Channel. Sonny With a Chance is a series about a small-town girl who heads to LA to pursue an acting career, and the show will hit the tube early next year.

It looks like Demi is following the Miley Cyrus formula (singing and acting for film AND TV), but do you really think she'll be able to take on superstar Miley Cyrus?

Not only did 16 year-old Disney star Demi Lovato and 31-year old pop star Mayra Veronica show up wearing the same dress, but they're styled so similarly that at first glance we thought they were the same person!

Well, except for that hideously large purse Mayra insisted on showing off on the red carpet. I guess, though, if you spend $2,500 on a Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis, you want to show it off!

Demi Lovato - ya know, the other Disney up-and-comer that's not Selena Gomez - actually looks, dare we say, kinda cute!

Here's the singer (who's currently on tour with the Jonas Brothers and will be releasing her debut album later this month) at a photo shoot in Manhattan on Wednesday, having a blast it seems!
