Donald Sterling Covers Up His Tubby Tummy While Out With Some Sexy Ladies

Such a stud, this one...

Over the weekend disgraced former Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling stepped out with two lady friends in Malibu, and from the messy hair to the sweatshirt tied around his prominent gut, he really dressed to impress. Then again, these gals probably aren't with him for his looks -- clearly it's his wonderful personality that keeps them around!

While he kept it casual on Saturday, we'll likely be seeing him in a suit as he's set to appear at Los Angeles Superior Court at 1:30pm this afternoon for a preliminary hearing in the battle over ownership of the Clippers. Sterling is fighting estranged wife Shelly in a family trust probate case after she entered an agreement to sell the NBA team to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer for $2 billion.

Shelly Sterling took control of the Clippers last month after her estranged husband was deemed medically unfit by two different doctors, and last week it came out that Donald threatened Shelly's attorney. And not only that, but according to court docs, Sterling also left threatening voice messages for the two doctors who examined him in May. What a mess!

Donald Sterling Changes His Mind, Will Sue NBA For $1 Billion

Despite the fact that he seemingly dropped his lawsuit against the NBA, disgraced Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling has changed his mind and he WILL go through with the $1 billion federal suit against the organization and commissioner Adam Silver. Additionally, he has withdrawn his support for the sale of the team negotiated by his estranged wife Shelly.

"I have decided that I must fight to protect my rights," Sterling said in a statement on Monday. "While my position may not be popular, I believe that my rights to privacy and the preservation of my rights to due process should not be trampled. From the onset, I did not want to sell the Los Angeles Clippers. I believe that Adam Silver acted in haste by illegally ordering the forced sale of the Clippers, banning me for life from the NBA and imposing the fine. Adam Silver's conduct in doing so without conducting any real investigation was wrong. The action taken by Adam Silver and the NBA constitutes a violation of my rights and fly in the face of the freedoms that are afforded to all Americans."

Last week, both Donald Sterling and his attorney Max Blecher said they would accept the $2 billion sale of the Clippers to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer, but then Blecher told ESPN in an e-mail, "The deal is off." Blecher added that Sterling would be challenging his wife's actions and negotiation of the sale in probate court Tuesday, but no action has been taken as of yet.

Donald Sterling Steps Out With New Ladies While Former Flame V. Stiviano Is Up To Her Usual Tricks

After spending two hours at church on Sunday, Donald Sterling took several female friends to The Lobster in Santa Monica for dinner, and he was in a surprisingly good mood. And apparently so were the ladies! But we have a feeling it had more to do with the fact that they didn't have to pay for their meal -- not to be mean, but the 80-year-old billionaire lost his sex appeal several decades ago...

Sterling attended a service at Praises of Zion Missionary Baptist Church, which, according to NBC Los Angeles, is based in a "predominantly black community." Pastor J. Benjamin Hardwick met with Sterling and told him, “I want you to know, my friend, we pray for you." Sterling is still trying hard to repair his image, but is it too little too late? Last Thursday, Sterling's estranged wife Shelly sent out a press release stating the team would be sold to former Microsoft Chief Executive Steve Ballmer for $2 billion. But seeing as he's no longer affiliated with the team, maybe he really does feel bad about the racist statements he made?

Meanwhile, V. Stiviano, who allegedly leaked the infamous recording of Sterling earlier this spring, got out of the house and went shopping at Chanel. Certainly doesn't seem like she's feeling blue about the team being sold:

Donald Sterling's Wife Shelly Sells Clippers To Billionaire Steve Ballmer For $2 Billion

May 30, 2014 07:40 AM

sterlingespn.jpgESPN

Donald Sterling's estranged wife, Shelly Sterling, has sold the Los Angeles Clippers to former Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer for a staggering $2 billion.

"I am delighted that we are selling the team to Steve, who will be a terrific owner," Sterling said in a statement. "We have worked for 33 years to build the Clippers into a premiere NBA franchise. I am confident that Steve will take the team to new levels of success."

We can't lie -- we are a little shocked it all happen so quickly; we really thought the only way the Clippers would be sold was if they were pried out of Donald Sterling's cold, dead hands. But after Donald transferred his 50% share in the team to Shelley recently, it was up to her to decide if she'd sell.

Apparently Don was declared mentally unfit to make decisions related to the Sterling Family Trust, which owns the team. That meant Shelly had sole decision-making power for the trust, according to reports.

The deal was signed just before midnight Thursday, a source told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne. Ballmer must approved by the NBA's office and three-fourths of the league's owners, but it sounds like NBA commissioner Adam Silver is well in the know and fully supports the deal. Yeah -- anything to clean up that mess ole Donald made!

Apparently the disgraced real estate billionaire has hinted (although we didn't think subtlety was his thing) that he wants to challenge the sale, but things don't look good for him legally (and physically for that matter ... have you seen the guy? It's not good). Sterling apparently changed his mind, after transferring his half to Shelly -- his attorney saying Donald wanted to challenge the NBA ruling and and hold on to the team.

On Thursday night, Ballmer, who lives in Seattle, said he plans on keeping the team in Los Angeles. Previously the sports-loving techie made a failed bid to buy Sacramento Kings in hopes of moving the team to Washington.

As long as Ballmer loves Magic Johnson and isn't a racist -- he gets our vote.

"I love basketball," Ballmer said to media. "And I intend to do everything in my power to ensure that the Clippers continue to win -- and win big -- in Los Angeles. L.A. is one of the world's great cities -- a city that embraces inclusiveness, in exactly the same way that the NBA and I embrace inclusiveness. I am confident that the Clippers will in the coming years become an even bigger part of the community."

Maybe after things die down, Donald and V. Stiviano can finally live happily ever after -- matching visors and all.

Meanwhile, we caught up with Clippers' player Chris Paul last night at LAX and he hadn't heard about news of the sale. He said, simply, "We'll see what happens."

UPDATE: Donald Sterling has reportedly been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease, reports TMZ.

Earlier this month Donald was examined by two prominent neurologists and went through extensive testing including both CT and a PET scan. The docs diagnosed Donald with Alzheimer's and say that the 80-year-old may have had the disease up to five years. The diagnosis is what ultimately stripped Sterling of his rights to the team, because it is believed that he no longer had ability to properly conduct the team's business.

Donald Sterling: Magic Johnson "Should Be Ashamed Of Himself" For Contracting HIV

May 13, 2014 08:00 AM

He needs to shut his mouth!

Donald Sterling sat down for an interview on Anderson Cooper 360 yesterday, and the disgraced Clippers owner managed to get himself in even more hot water by slamming Magic Johnson for contracting HIV!

"Well, what kind of guy goes to every city, has sex with every girl, then he catches HIV? Is that someone we want to respect and tell our kids about? I think he should be ashamed of himself. I think he should go into the background. But what does he do for the black people? He doesn't do anything," the 80-year-old sniped after questioning the former basketball star's motives to help him work things out after the scandal broke.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the Clippers head honcho decided to make some sweeping generalizations of Jewish people and African Americans.

"That’s one problem I have. Jews, when they get successful they will help their people, and some of the African-Americans — maybe I’ll get in trouble again — they don’t want to help nobody,” he boldly declared.

After the sit-down aired, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver released a statement apologizing to Johnson personally and pledging to remove Sterling as swiftly as possible.

"I just read a transcript of Donald Sterling's interview with Anderson Cooper and while Magic Johnson doesn't need me to, I feel compelled on behalf of the NBA family to apologize to him that he continues to be dragged into this situation and be degraded by such a malicious and personal attack. The NBA Board of Governors is continuing with its process to remove Mr. Sterling as expeditiously as possible," the statement read.

No amount of crisis PR is going to help this guy! Someone get him a muzzle!

Donald Sterling Reacts To His Racist Rant In New Leaked Recording

May 8, 2014 09:10 AM

Donald Sterling just needs to keep his mouth shut! After one audio recording of him leaked on the web, you'd think he'd use a little more caution when talking on the phone, but apparently not!

After his racist rant surfaced last month, the 80-year-old owner of the Los Angeles Clippers reacted to the news while on a phone call with a friend, and Radar obtained a copy of that conversation.

You think I’m a racist?” Sterling angrily asks. “You think I have anything in the world but love for everybody? You don’t think that! You know I’m not a racist!

“I grew up in East LA," Sterling continues. “I was the president of the high school there. I mean, and I’m a Jew! And 50% of the people there were black and 40% were Hispanic … So I mean, people must have a good feeling for me. I mean, how could you think I’m a racist knowing me all these years? How can you be in this business and be a racist? Do you think I tell the coach to get white players? Or to get the best player he can get?

Last month Sterling's mistress V. Stiviano allegedly leaked a recording of Sterling saying he didn't want her bringing African American friends to Clippers games or posting pictures of them online. Sterling is heard saying, "It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you’re associating with black people. Do you have to? ... I’m just saying, in your lousy f*cking Instagrams, you don’t have to have yourself with, walking with black people."

Stiviano then said all she did was take a picture with someone she admires -- Magic Johnson. Sterling's alleged reply? "I think the fact that you admire [Magic] -- I've known him well, and he should be admired. And I'm just saying that it's too bad you can't admire him privately. And during your entire f*cking life, your whole life, admire him -- bring him here, feed him, f*ck him, I don't care. You can do anything. But don't put him on an Instagram for the world to see so they have to call me. And don't bring him to my games. OK?"

So what did Sterling have to say about that? “It breaks my heart that Magic Johnson, a guy that I respect so much, wouldn’t stand up and say, ‘Well let’s get the facts. Let’s get him and talk to him,'" he said. "Nobody tried. Nobody!”

Sterling may have been banned from the NBA for life and fined $2.5 million, but he's not giving up the team. Not yet, anyway! “You can’t force someone to sell property in America!” he says. “I’m a lawyer, that’s my opinion.”

V. Stiviano Insists Clippers Owner Donald Sterling Is Not Racist

May 3, 2014 01:15 PM

Donald Sterling's girlfriend V. Stiviano has remained adamant that the embattled owner of the Los Angeles Clippers isn't racist despite an audio recording of Sterling's comments hit the web last week, in which the 80-year-old says he doesn't want Stiviano bringing African American friends to his games or posting pictures of them online.

During an interview with ABC's Barbara Walters, Stiviano claimed that Sterling's views are mainly due to his upbringing.

“I think Mr. Sterling is from a different generation than I am. I think he was brought up to believe these things … segregation, whites and blacks,” Stiviano said. “But through his actions he’s shown that he’s not a racist. He’s shown to be a very generous and kind man.”

Stiviano also told Walters that while she did record their conversations and shared them with friends, she was not responsible for the leak which lead to Sterling's eventual ban from the NBA, a $2.5 million dollar fine and an impending loss of ownership of the Clippers franchise. Stiviano suspects a friend leaked the audio.

The 31-year-old, who's been seen recently wearing a large visor over her face in public to "mask the pain," alluded to the fact this the conversation was one of many the two had shared over the years.

“There’s been a number of occasions where Mr. Sterling and I had conversations just like this one. This was one of very many,” she said. “Part of what the world heard was only 15 minutes. There’s a number of other hours that the world doesn’t know.”

V. Stiviano Still Won't Show Her Face, But She Obviously Loves The Attention

From the super short shorts to the roller skates, V. Stiviano seems to be putting on a bit of a show for us -- but why won't she take off her damn visor?! And how many colors does she have these things in? So far we've counted five and we're sure there's many more...

On Tuesday the former mistress of disgraced Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling ventured out of her Los Angeles home, and she cruised around her neighborhood with a bodyguard on a pair of roller skates. After that she changed into a matching yellow ensemble, complete with a baseball hat bearing her name.

V. still won't comment about the racist remarks Sterling allegedly made during an argument with her (which she allegedly leaked to the press), but she did blast Whitney Houston's "Greatest Love" from her apartment shortly after the news broke that Sterling was "forever" suspended from the NBA and fined $2.5 million.

An audio recording of Sterling's comments hit the web last week, in which the 80-year-old says he doesn't want Stiviano bringing African American friends to his games or posting pictures of them online. Sterling is heard saying, "It bothers me a lot that you want to broadcast that you’re associating with black people. Do you have to? ... I’m just saying, in your lousy f*cking Instagrams, you don’t have to have yourself with, walking with black people."

His reputation may be tarnished, but it looks like she's using this to her advantage!
