After seeing Phoebe Price, Eva Longoria and countless other celebs rock some wild boots recently, we thought we'd go back and make a list of the best (and worst!) boots in Hollywood. Though boots are a staple in Britney and Lindsay's wardrobes, every once in a while a star will step out in a pair that we can't help but notice...and talk smack about!
