Farrah And Ryan: Still With Us, Still Together

The couple looks to be going strong after helping each other survive cancer (him: leukemia, her: intestinal) - and at the risk of getting sappy, we just think it's great that they've been able to give each other so much support. (And it's clearly having an effect - I mean, would you have ever guessed that Farrah's in the middle of her chemotherapy treatment?)

Farrah Rocks! She's a sweet person. I've met her twice and she was always so kind and willing to take pictures and sign anything she was given.

She actually looks much better in person.
