X17 XCLUSIVE - FARRAH'S REP TELLS X17 THE ANGEL'S FREE OF CANCER!
X17online brought you these exclusive pix, yesterday, of Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O'Neal playing frisbee on the beach in Malibu over the weekend and we showed these shots to her interim manager and the producer/director of her reality series Chasing Farrah and here's the great news he told X17 exclusively:
- "At the moment Farrah has no detectable cancer. And while she is feeling good she remains cautious in her optimism because she knows that with cancer, the real test is time ..."
Also filming the documentary A Wing and A Prayer with Farrah, Craig Nevius was definitely cautiously optimistic, but we were still happy to hear the great news!
After rounds and rounds of extensive chemotherapy, the Charlie's Angels beauty - who's been battling the vicious disease since late 2006 - is now looking better than ever and, apparently, feeling better than she has in quite a while!
Kudos to Farrah, along with the support of Ryan, for overcoming this battle!
And check this out ... For the first time in 30 years, Farrah is planning to re-release her famous red swimsuit poster in order to raise money for several cancer charities. The poster is one of the iconic images of the 70's, having set the still standing record of selling 12 million copies. In addition to appearing in Saturday Night Fever, Close Encounters of the Third Kind and Boogie Nights among other movies, the poster was inside the time capsule of the Oblio satellite probe shot into space by NASA in 1977. Last year, GQ Magazine dubbed Farrah's red swimsuit poster the most influential piece of men's art of the last 50 years.
That poster keeps on giving and giving!
