Although he's still more than doable, has the soon-to-be father of three (he has a 19-year-old daughter from a previous relationship) gained a little sympathy weight?

Who cares how he loks, he's a dead beat dad. His current wife Gwin Stefani should be ashamed of herself for being with a man that doesn't take care of his child or even have a relationship with her(his first child).
for poster a mom, he was the godfather of the child and when dna was done a few years ago, it was gwen who had the lil fit and demanded him to keep out of Daisy's life when proven he was the father. Gavin is one of the best Dad's in Hollywood! Put his career on hold to raise Kingston!
