On Halloween, Gossip Girl stars/lovebirds Blake Lively and Penn Badgley partied at the SVEDKA Vodka Adult Playground 2033 Event Series at 1OAK in NYC, but it wasn't just about dressing up - Penn was also celebrating his 23rd birthday!

At midnight, Penn blew out the candles on his SVEDKA fembot cake, and it looks like he had a fabulous time with his fellow GG stars and his lady love.

We already knew Lady GaGa was going to appear on an upcoming episode of Gossip Girl, and here's a shot of her on set with Dan and Blair. So what's the story behind her appearance? Apparently Blair works some magic to get pop superstar GaGa to put on a private show, in hopes of reclaiming her role as queen bee.

Sounds like a pretty good plan to us, and we can't wait to see GaGa perform her new single “Bad Romance" on the episode, which airs on November 16.

Yeah, not so hot! Blake Lively actually dresses like every other New Yorker when the cameras aren't rolling. Shocker!

Thankfully, she's still stunning.

Okay, it works on Blake. She would seriously look good in any outfit! But I dunno about Ed Westwick. I like the prep look wayyyyy better on him. This whole leather biker dude thing is not hot.

Hey, it's chilly in New York! Brr. Blake Lively and Chace Crawford semi-snuggled in between takes on the set of Gossip Girl - let's hope Penn doesn't get jealous!

Of course, they've all pretty much made out with each other at this point, right? Nothing new here!

The weather is dreary everywhere this week and New York is no exception, but the Gossip Girl cast - this show is on one big, endless production schedule! - made it out to the set on Tuesday. I actually think Hil looks cute here. I just miss seeing Blake with her real-life beau Penn!

First of all, how hot is Amber Heard? She plays Penn Badgley's girlfriend in The Stepfather, which premiered in NYC last night...

Also in attendance - Penn's GG co-stars Chace Crawford and Ed Westwick. Chace gave his signature "Blue Steel" while Ed pouted in every pic. But who looked the best?

And where was Blake Lively???

Forget about Hilary and Penn making out on set of GG AGAIN...

There's a report on Gatecrasher that Lady Gaga is filming a cameo on the hit show today where she'll perform as herself, of course. We didn't snap any pix of her but we seriously hope this is true!

Gaga + Gossip Girl = Amazingness!

Oh no! This isn't good.

We spotted actress slash rocker Taylor Momsen on the set of Gossip Girl today and it looks like the poor girl collapsed while shooting on the steps of Central Park! Maybe she needs something to eat or some water?

An X17 photog on the scene tells us the following: "Taylor did not look well. She seems either sick or incredibly exhausted. She kept lowering her head on the ground, taking many breaks from filming. Everyone seemed worried!"

Taylor does look pretty pale! But she was a trooper and kept on shooting (and texting). Let's hope they're not working her too hard over there!

Calls to Momsen's reps have not yet been returned...

First of all, YUM. Let's just get that right out of the way! I don't usually love plaid, but Chace Crawford looks good in (and out of) anything.

Second of all, while I heart the lovely Blake Lively, where's Taylor? She's my GG fave!

Ugh, and then there's these two. I don't even know what the scene is about and already it's putting me to sleep!

Let's face it - everyone is pretty on Gossip Girl, but who's interesting at this point? Taylor Momsen as Little J is still my fave! Next to Blair and Serena, circa season one...

College begins for the characters of Gossip Girl! Remember what it was like to be an incoming freshman? I do!

Here's the thing about GG: The first season was the best and that's that, but I still watch for one reason only... Blair Waldorf! She's good when she succeeds, but she's even better when she fails. Whaddya think of her being roomies with Georgina Sparks, arguably the other most interesting character on the series?

I dunno if Queen B will ever be queen at college - it's quite a different world than high school! But watching her having to deal with Georgina on a daily basis? Priceless.

Are you ready for season three???

Serena and Blair and Chuck and Nate and Dan and Jenny and, you know the rest, are all back! Hilary Duff is on her way too, not to mention a same-sex kiss between Chuck and another guy. We were a little disappointed with season two overall, but that's okay - we'll still be watching tonight! Will you?

Jenny has kinda replaced Blair as my fave character!

Sidebar, maybe they should think about closing the GG set off from the public - or at least stop filming it in the streets - because there aren't gonna be any surprises left for viewers!

Eh, this dress would have looked better on someone like Audrina Patridge or Lindsay Lohan, but Hilary Duff looks pretty good too! Who knew little miss Lizzie Mcguire could squeeze into a sexy bandage dress like this?

Anyway, we snapped most of the Gossip Girl stars on location in NYC yesterday, and we also noticed something on Leighton's leg! Was she just being clumsy, or is that bruise some sort of a love bite?!

But does that mean the Gossip Girl character is going gay... completely?

Michael Ausiello at Entertainment Weekly claims that Ed Westwick (as the cooly seductive womanizer Chuck Bass) will kiss actor Neal Bledsoe in the upcoming season of the show. Apparently, Bledsoe will play NYU's head of freshman affairs and, as Blair wants to deliver the freshman speech, she needs Bledsoe's - whose character is gay - help. So it's Chuck to the rescue!

Hmm, we wonder what kinda kiss it'll be? And will Chuck, you know, like it?

After all, his character was bisexual in the original books!
