We spotted Kelly, Leighton and Blake all bundled up on the set of Gossip Girl in NYC on Thursday. While these ladies may have to endure a few days out in the cold shooting their hit TV show, the fact that they get to heat things up with some of the hottest guys on TV more than makes up for it, right?
