Pregnant Kelly Rutherford Files For Divorce!

Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford (who is currently 3 months preggers!) is separating from her hubby Daniel Girsch, according to ET.

Kelly and Daniel have been married for two and a half years, and they have a 2 year-old son named Hermes. Kelly is reportedly asking for custody of Hermes, and divorce papers cite "irreconcilable differences."

Hopefully this won't turn ugly!
