BREAKING NEWS - Gwen Arrives At The Hospital!

X17 has learned that Gwen Stefani has just presented herself at Cedars-Sinai! Our photographers saw Gwen's black Range Rover pull up to the hospital as part of a three-car convoy full of Gwen's family members; the pregnant pop star hopped out and was quickly whisked inside by waiting police officers.

Isn't this exciting? Just think - pretty soon, Sean and Jayden might have another little playmate!

Stupid mother. Letting her son be with Britney Spears.Can't believe it. I read that Seany tried to give Kingy a pack of Kools, but the Nanny intercepted them. Gwen could care less about her son, I guess !
