Gwyneth Needs To Lose Some Holiday Weight...

Gwyneth Paltrow gwynholidayweight.jpg

No, this isn't a joke, so don't roll your eyes at me!

In her latest GOOP newsletter, Gwyneth Paltrow claims the following: "I need to lose a few pounds of holiday excess." Cut your hair, then!

She gives recipes for various salads, soups, smoothies, juices, chicken and, of course, reminds everyone to drink lots of water.

What are you not allowed to have? "No dairy, grains with gluten, meat, shellfish, anything processed (including all soy products), fatty nuts, nightshades (potatoes, tomatoes, peppers and eggplant), condiments, sugar and obviously no alcohol, caffeine or soda." UGH.

Gwyn is kinda like Regina George in Mean Girls - she always wants to "lose three pounds!"

We appreciate the food advice from the slender, diet-conscious actress, but this is a little ridic... especially coming from her.

Just sayin'!

Will you take Gwyneth's advice?

Not much left to eat. How about some grass (oops) or hay or dry twigs. You have to laugh out loud at the goop The Stars swill.

She looks better than you so what DO you know?

Looks like in her GOOP newsletter she is talking about the Eat Right for Your Blood Type Diet. The menu she listed is the same menu in the book for Blood Type A.

humm I just took a look at the detox diet., since I have been so sick this whole year, I am going to look into trying it. Seems interestng, and Gwen does have nice skin, hair, and hopefully good health., so hey why not. I am not overweight or anything., but do need a fresh start.

Seriously, what's so extreme and bad about caring what you put in your body? Healthy food, has her fats, carbs, proteins, and vitamins ... why is it so bad that people want to be healthy? It's no wonder diabetes are cardiovascuar problems are on the rise here... we eat in EXCESS than what we need, then we make fun of people who wants to eat healthier.

You're beutiful, just the way you are .

No there is a difference between wanting to be healthy and eat right, exercise and all that shit but she is obviously obsessive over it. As thin as she is she DOES NOT need to lose any weight. And she is tall she is like 5'10.
