Ford got the earring over 10 years ago. Get over it! And he did not get it because of a mid-life crisis. The story he has told many, many times is that he was having a birthday lunch with his former wife, Jimmy Buffet and journalist Ed Bradley. He noticed that both Bradley and Buffet had earrings, so at the encouragement of his wife, he left the lunch and walked down the street and got his ear pierced. Who cares if he has one or not. He still looks hot, especially for 66!
