Hayden's Dad Charged With Battery For Hitting Wife
Hayden Panettiere's dad Alan has been charged misdemeanor battery stemming from an alleged fight between him and his wife for which he was arrested on August 11.
Hayden's dad is still out on $50,000 bail and you may remember that back on August 12 -- just a day after the arrest -- X17 cameras caught the couple walking their dogs together like nothing happened! (CLICK HERE to see the video)
Daddy Alan allegedly hit Hayden's mom Lesley twice in the face causing "visible signs of injury" after he reportedly became jealous of his wife speaking with another man at a party attended by the couple and their daughter. A sheriff's spokesperson at the time said "alcohol was involved in the incident."
Alan is scheduled to be arraigned on October 11.
