Hayden Panettiere's dad Alan was released from police custody around 1:30 p.m. today on $50,000 bail. He slipped out of the West Hollywood Sheriff's station and hid in the backseat of the car as he left.
Panettiere was arrested just after 3 a.m. on Monday morning for felony domestic violence, after his wife Lesley called the cops. Panettiere allegedly hit Lesley in the face at least twice, causing "visible signs of injury," and another sheriff's spokesman added that "alcohol was involved in the incident."
Let's hope the family can work it out!
