There is nothing wrong with walking dogs in that type of thing - PERIOD! Second, she has learned that the photogs are out there all the time...what should she go out in? So they can get a bad picture to make fun of her? And one more thing...like someone else said...how do we know she isn't on her way somewhere and just taking the dogs out for a last pee before leaving? Just like I just did!
