1:31, i don't know about joe, but i'm a 24-year-old female who works out and tries to eat healthy. in high school i was a lifeguard and most of the girls i knew when i was her age were about her size and no one was overweight. of course, that's the kind of silly comment i'd expect from someone who thinks a perfectly normal healthy girl is fat. get real, idiot.

Ok, first of all when you workout, you may gain muscle mass but obviously it depends on the type of workout you are doing. A cardiovascular workout would lean more towards less muscle mass while additionally burning fat. With that being said if you do lose 10 pounds within a month it does not neccesarily mean you are starving yourself or are on drugs. You may practice eating a healtier diet, ie. a diet low in fats, and exercising atleast 5 days a week for 30 minutes a day, ie. running works great.

Anyway I think she's cute for an average chick but she is leaning more towards "chubby, stubby and thick" which could turn into "fat" when she gets older or starts to party more and drinks. Ofcourse it depends on your lifestyle but no matter what the older you get your metabolism does slowly slow down. So I wonder how that will turn out for her in the future. And yes she does look like she use a run.
