X17 XCLUSIVE! Hayden's Dad In Court
Hayden Panettiere's father Alan tries to hide his face as he leaves the Beverly Hills Courthouse Tuesday morning. Alan, who was scheduled to be arraigned on domestic violence charges was ordered by a judge not to "harass, strike or threaten" his wife.
Earlier this year, Alan was arrested at his West Hollywood home after allegedly hitting Hayden's mother, Lesley Vogel, during a domestic dispute. He faces up to a year in jail if convicted of the charges. He's due back in court on December 11th.
Hayden's mother accompanied Alan to today's court hearing, the couple has downplayed the incident as a 'misunderstanding.' Hayden was not in court today, although she has made statements supporting her father.
