Last to report as usual. Yes, his parents said that Matilda will be taken care of and that Michelle was a big part of their lives. He had very little for a star of his magnitude. She will get a large monthly Social Security Survivors benefit for Matilda, that is paid without regard to income and in proportion to Heath's reported income. She can use that to support Matilda.

it was noted that in 2003, about 3 years after his first movie in the U.S... that he had 145 grand in assets.. then they went on to say that he had trust funds and properties, not to mention his salaries for the last 10 movies he made since then and all his investments etc.. he was worth a hell of a lot more then that boy that came to the States in '99 to shoot his first flick.. and I am married with 4 children.. in my 30's and I don't have a will.. so that means shit.. he obviously trusted his parents to do the right thing in case of his passing..
