Industry Reverberates With Heath's Death

HLEDGERVEN012208_012.jpg

Devastated over the news of her ex Heath Ledger's tragic death, Naomi Watts has reportedly cancelled all of her press for her new film Funny Games at Sundance, according to Us.

Additionally, cast and crew on Ledger's most recent film have been "let go", the mag reports.

At the time of his death, Heath was shooting Terry Gilliam's The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. There's no word on what they plan to do with the footage that has already been shot.

Heath's performance as The Joker in his last completed film, will probably be mined for significance.

Yeah this is really sad. Why couldn't it have been "SHITNEY?" She wouldn't have been missed. She has no talent and can't do anything except run people over and show us bloody cooch shots. Too bad the good ones die and the bad ones stay.

Enough of the Britney talk you people are horrible. This is such a sad situation. Saying I wish it was whoever else helps nothing, beside prove the fact that you are idiots! The man is dead, for whatever reason. No need to go on about it leave your condolences if you have any if not do not post.

You would be upset if it was Britney because then you would have nothing to comment on, obviously, nothing was referenced to her in an article about a man's death and you write snide comments. It is sick that you actually think, say and wish the death of another human being! Stop being so ridiculous. Obviously, life is to short.

Looking forward to seeing Watts in Funny Games when it hits theaters on March 14th! This remake is gonna be even better than Haneke's original vision...Gotta check out this really cool spoof of the Funny Games trailer. The homemade spot is for Kubrick's The Shining!
