Is Heather Locklear getting back together with her ex Richie Sambora??? The two were spotted getting pretty close yesterday while watching their daughter perform at a Father's Day dance show at Dance Star at the Malibu Lumber Yard...

Either that or they're just being civil. Regardless, Heather looks so pretty in pink!

Remember that nasty DUI Locklear was accused of in Santa Barbara back on Sept. 28 and subsequently charged? We'll she got out of it today with a $700 fine and a 12-hour drug education program and three years' probation.

Locklear, through her attorney Blair Berk, agreed to a plea deal today in a Santa Barbara courthouse.

DON'T drink so much you'll do something embarrassing that will invariably show up on Facebook the next day...

But DO bring baked goods to the party (they're delicious AND they help soak up the alcohol!)

And why shouldn't she? One can only hope to look this spectacular at 47 (from the front AND the back)!

Heather Locklear has been charged with a misdemeanor count of driving under the influence in Santa Barbara County.

Santa Barbara County Deputy District Attorney Lee Carter told X17online that although "absolutely no alcohol or illegal drugs were found in her system," toxicology reports revealed Lockelear was under the influence of prescription medication which "could have impaired her ability to safely operate a motor vehicle."

Carter would not reveal what prescription drugs Locklear had allegedly taken because of privacy rules.

If convicted Locklear could face a fine and up to six months in county jail, however Carter told X17online, first time offenders like Locklear are often given probation.

Heather made an outing to pick up a greeting card on Thursday ... wishing someone a happy birthday? Halloween cards? Asking forgiveness? I love you?

After being arrested Saturday night on suspicion of driving under the influence of a controlled substance in Montecito near Santa Barbara, Locklear -- a free woman -- went out to lunch with boyfriend Jack Wagner yesterday.

And, as you can imagine, she did NOT want to talk about the arrest -- an arrest which now, according to online reports, seems to be coming under suspicion!

TMZ reports that former Us Weekly staffer and photo agency owner Jill Ishkanian was the one who made the 911 call that got Heather busted. Do we smell a set-up?

Ishkanian is currently under investigation by the FBI for hacking into Us Weekly computers after she left the company.

Now, we hear Ishkanian is dating a photographer who works for the photo agency she called to take pictures of Heather's arrest. And TMZ paid a reported $30,000 !!!! - that's what we're hearing, anyway, for the exclusive rights to the photos. Anybody heard of due diligence, y'all? -- ding dang!

Heather Locklear was arrested last night in Santa Barbara for suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication.

Locklear, 47, was reportedly "driving erratically," according to a California Highway Patrol spokesman.

She was found in her car parked on a state highway blocking a lane and was taken into custody, tested for drugs and alcohol, booked and released.

Locklear was treated for anxiety and depression an Arizona facility in June.

Heather Locklear is seeking treatment for psychological issues at an Arizona facility, according to People.

Her publicist, Cece Yorke told the magazine, "Heather has been dealing with anxiety and depression. She requested an in-depth evaluation of her medication and entered into a medical facility for proper diagnosis and treatment. This is a confidential medical matter and no further statement will be released."

Heather Locklear certainly seemed to have enjoyed her dinner at STK last Friday night - in fact, her spirits were so high when she left the restaurant that she couldn't resist making crazy hand gestures for the benefit of the cameras!

Of course, Heather might have just been trying to deflect some attention from her friend's near-wardrobe malfunction in the front seat:

Although she spent the weekend filming scenes for Flirting With 40, Heather Locklear found a little time to sneak off with her main man Jack Wagner. In her new flick, Heather plays the role of a divorced mother of two who hooks up with a surf instructor (played by Lipstick Jungle's Robert Buckley) while celebrating her 40th birthday.

Sounds like a fun little flick - although after seeing how happy Heather and Jack are together, we like her real-world romance even more!

The sun is definitely shining in La La Land. All that cold winter weather - which, uh, was never really here in the first place - is finally gone! And you know what that means... time for Hollywood's hottest to break out their shades!

We caught Heather Locklear out roaming the streets of Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, Heather and her pal were too busy to stop and chat, but the Melrose Place alum did send some sweet smiles our way - aw, thanks!

After those terrifying reports of a suicide attempt last week, we were even happier than usual to see Heather Locklear out on the town yesterday - and the feeling was clearly mutual!

We caught Heather stepping out for a lunch date with Jack Wagner at Tradinoi yesterday afternoon. Suicide seemed to be the furthest thing from Heather's mind, too - Jack had her cracking up the whole time!

Don't these two make a great couple? We've thought that since forever!
