After those terrifying reports of a suicide attempt last week, we were even happier than usual to see Heather Locklear out on the town yesterday - and the feeling was clearly mutual!

We caught Heather stepping out for a lunch date with Jack Wagner at Tradinoi yesterday afternoon. Suicide seemed to be the furthest thing from Heather's mind, too - Jack had her cracking up the whole time!

Don't these two make a great couple? We've thought that since forever!

Damn! Melrose Place is a million years old and star Heather Locklear still looks fantastic! Check out the 46-year-old, with her daughter Ava, at the Hannah Montana premiere in Hollywood this weekend.

Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner really couldn't have looked more in love when we spotted them cavorting on the beach yesterday afternoon. Of course, they weren't devoting all their attention to each other - Heather kept her camera trained on the paps while Jack played with his kids in the ocean - but they certainly made sure to make time for a little canoodling!

Well, Ms. Locklear might never have been on the beach (at least not with David Hasselhoff in Baywatch), but she should've been! Damn, look at that bangin' bod! Heather was spotted in Malibu yesterday - at a party with the Hoff, himself - when she decided to have some fun on the sand, playin' with the photogs. Good to know she has a frisky sense of humor! And even at 45, she looks healthier than many of Hollywood's currently young starlets!

Usually, when we say we caught celebs out clubbing, we're talking about catching them out at Hyde or Parc - but not yesterday afternoon! The Trump National Golf Course played host to the 9th annual Michael Douglas and Friends Celebrity Golf Tournament, and a who's who of, er, Michael Douglas' friends showed up to whack a few balls around. In attendance:

a) Dancing With The Stars called, Heather Mills broke her last prosthetic leg, and they need another Heather to fill her spot.

b) David Spade invited her to go bowling last minute.

c) Jack Wagner sounded less attentive over the telephone so Heather wanted to rendezvous in order to cuddle and reconfirm Wagner’s commitment.

Heather tried to go incognito in sunglasses and a big cowboy hat this weekend, but the affable starlet was all smiles when we caught up with her! We asked her if she was dating her former Melrose Place co-star (the two were seen out together Thursday night), but it's not Jack Wagner whom Heather says she's dating!

We caught Heather Locklear and Jack Wagner out on a date at Mr. Chow's last night - it looks like they're finally going above-ground with their relationship! (Well, either that or Amanda needed to schedule an emergency check-up with Dr. Burns!)

Heather was all smiles yesterday when we found her leaving Orso with a pal, but her response to our questions revealed something else beneath all the giggles! When we asked her if she wanted to wish anyone a happy Valentine's day, she looked right into the camera and said with a big smile, "no, I don't!" We'll be your Valentine, Heather!

That was David Spade's response when we questioned him about his relationship with Heather Locklear outside of Mr. Chow. Also dining at the Beverly Hills eaterie were legends like Stevie Wonder and Dustin Hoffman and lower-alphabet listers like Lori Laughlin, Kevin Farley and Won G.

From what David Spade is saying about Heather Locklear in this XCLUSIVE video from last night outside a party at Social, you'd think THEY were the ones who'd be dodging engagement rumors! At first, they seemed like such an unlikely couple (are they or aren't they?), but from the adorable way he's talking about her, he could be just the man Heather needs right now! Soooo cute!
