It seems fashion is what gave the mother-of-three away. An insider explains that "sketches leaked online of her in redesigned couture gowns to make room for a bump, but were quickly taken down!" Talk about a big whoops. But congrats if this is true!
Heidi is expected to announce the happy news when she wears the adjusted dress to an event very soon. Now Henry, Johan and Leni will have a fourth sibling to play with!
