Heidi Klum may have plenty to say as a judge on Project Runway, but she kept quiet when X17 photogs spotted the German beauty leaving the Neil George salon in Beverly Hills Wednesday.

The mother-of-three declined to comment about her offer to have Britney live with her, Seal and the kids when we asked her about it.

I don't think it's a good idea. Britney is being taken care of by her dad now and although she's not looking too happy about that, it's best her family take care of her. If anything happens over by Klum's house they are going to be in a mess. Don't take on that responsibility. Leave it to daddy Jamie.
