Anne, no question. The dress was stunning and a beautiful color against her skin. Second would have to be Heidi, followed closely by Katherine. Miley just looked like she was playing dress-up in her mommy's clothes. It's a lovely dress, just not on her.

Miley looked beautiful, hardly 15 but beautiful none the less. I'd be disturbed by it, however there's some photo circulating of her with zero make-up carrying a lunch box. She dresses up when she has to and still looks like a kid when she's hanging out. Good for her! Right now she's a role model I don't mind my kids admiring. That's as long as she doesn't go the way of Britney, Lindsay or Jamie Lynn.
