Heidi Opens Wide!

Kim K. and company weren't the only ones satisfying their sugar cravings last night! Heidi Montag and her hubby Spencer Pratt stopped by the same local ice cream shop as the Kardashians, and our favorite surgically enhanced blonde got the chance to make her very own milkshake.

We're not quite sure what she put in it, but at least she's enjoying ~~the attention from the paps~~ her tasty concoction!
