Heidi Montag may claim to be a Republican - but she's clearly got no problem accepting money from others!
The Hills villainess was a little light on cash yesterday after lunching at Ivy On The Shore yesterday, and was forced to ask the paps if they could spare a few bucks for the parking attendant. Luckily for Heidi, the photogs were only too happy to hook Heidi up with a little green. Heidi seemed pleased by the paps' generosity - see? Welfare does work!
