Helena is apparently one of his wife's best friends. If you dont know them personally and dont have all the details dont assume to know the truth. It's none of anyone's business.
Remember U2 is on concert to promote a new recently launched CD. Pics like these create gossip and buzz which equal publicity. I'll guess when the tour is over he will disappear again.
