I like Hilary Duff. She's cute, she's perky, and she just seems like the kind of person I would want to be best friends with. However, something very unfortunate happened earlier today - she stepped out in public with a decidedly awful 'do, and she didn't even bother flashing us a smile - what's going on here!?

The Duffster went to Cinema Secrets Beauty Supply & Salon earlier today, and it looks like she stocked up on some goodies for her face and tresses, but the question is, does she know how to use them? Her hair looks like Princess Leia got into a fight with an Olsen twin, and we're beginning to wonder if she lost her hairbrush too. What gives, H. Duff?!



It's okay - bad hair days happen to the best of us!
