Hillary is a lovely young woman with class and grace. During her divorce, she was graceful and mature, something the other hosebags in Hollywood don't do. She may not be a supermodel, but her maturity and talent far exceed the need for her to be drop dead gorgeous. Look at Meryl Streep, Sissy Spacek, I could go on. Excellent actresses. You are correct in that you need 10 inches for Locks of Love which is why she donated to Pantene's "Beautiful Lengths" program. I did the same last year for the exact reason you highlighted, I did not have 10 inches either. Diane Lane was their first spokesperson which was good because it would have taken me another 2-3 months to hopefully get 10 inches out of it, and I needed my hair cut sooner than that. They are both good programs. Beautiful Lengths focuses more on adult women who have lost their hair to cancer; while Locks for Love is more for children who have lost their hair for any medical reason from alopecia to cancer, etc.

Oops, I didn't phrase that well. What I meant was I likely would not have heard of the program were it not for the celeb quotient of Diane Lane publicly cutting her hair, too, to raise awareness of the program. I'm lame today! LOL.

Hilary Swank is an absolute goddess. Not very many people in Hollywood worth seeing on the silver screen, but you can bet that I will always support this incredibly beautiful and talented actress. She has class, dignity and great presence. Say what you will, but you will never hold a candle to the talent of this awesome performer. She is a wonderful woman in every positive sense of the phrase.
