depends on the state. A minor can be the listed owner of a vehicle and in some states it requires an adult on the title as well.

As for the divorce. It doesnt matter if Hogan gets divorced and transfer everything over to her and he is sleeping on the streets...they as parents are liable in the lawsuit. So no matter who has the money it will be sued for.

And Hogan is in no need of money. I would guestimate he is worth in cash and assets and overall worth over well over $100 million easy and probably more.

This will never see the inside of a court room as Bollea lawyers will end up settling it out of court for a huge lump sum plus probably medical bills for life.

They aren't trying to hide money in the way some of you think. What they are doing is this. Let's say the Hogans are worth $200 million. Now they go to court for this messy divorce and both agree that they are actually worth $100 million and eventually agree to split it. Now when the other parents go to sue them, the courts look at the divorce settlement and say that this is how much they are worth. The money they have hidden stays safe and hidden.
